I have 2 of these hooked up to a spectrum receiver in my 150g battlebot. I pulled out 2 cheap blue servos that worked well till I shredded the gears. These do have pots on them to adjust the trim but the second you power up they start to rotate and twitch. Adjust the pots it stops, 2 seconds later starts twitching again. Adjusted trim on controller with the same effect. the cheap blue servos that are $10 for 4 did not twitch at all.

Mixed bag on these.Yes they produce a good amount of torque for their size and their response is pretty quick.BUT, they are noisy and the centering adjustment is terrible and does not hold. Even slight vibration (like the unit itself produces) will knock it out of center and cause it to drift.And I had about a 50% failure rate on these. I bought four and one stripped a gear after a few uses and a second one just flat out died.For intermittent use on an easily accessible application this is probably fine, but if you intend to rely on these for anything important, I would think twice.

Literally opened up the package and went to test the first one and it died on the bench within 3 seconds. It wasn't even installed in a model yet! It comes with a screwdriver to set the midpoint but the setting never works since it drifts out of calibrate if you tap it with your finger. In summary, bought 2, one broken immediately and the other continually runs because the potentiometer never holds a setting. Save your money and find something else, anything else.

Used to raise and lower sails in an RC sailboat. Worked very well!

I used these for drive motors in a Bruder D5 RC conversion. They have plenty of power and easily fit in the chassis of the dozer. I used a radio with mixing which made it very easy to set up since no ESCs were needed. Highly recommended.
