Fits great, it has held overtime in the thin parts. Versatile to quickly change from table only to adding a stand. Also, the magnets are strong enough to stick it to the fridge and other surfaces, though do it under your own risk.

I purchased this because I wanted a case that would accommodate the vertical orientation but still be very slim. It does both those things. In the past, I have had the slimmest, plainest folio cases. This case is made up of an inner, back case that attaches directly to the iPad and an outer folio type case. The inner case attaches to the outer case by magnetism. When you want the vertical orientation, you just pull the inside case loose from the folio, turn it, and let the magnet re-attach, and voila! All those magnets do make this case rather heavy, compared to the plain folio cases. This is a good quality item too, and I think it will outlast the plain folios I have had. I bought the white one and it does, as promised, seem to repel, or at least not pick up, dirt. If you can deal with the extra weight, it's a really great case.

This iPad Pro case was very easy to install and fits my setup perfectly, including the Apple Pencil, which slots in nicely and stays secure. This is an excellent case, I ordered a few major brands to compare them all so I could get the exact one that I wanted and this fit the bill. The best part is the detachable exterior flap. You might think that this is going to get in the way or become cumbersome to use, it's not, when it's attached you can't tell that it isn't a one piece case. The protection is pretty good, I'm hard on things and I feel confident that this will adequately protect my iPad in most cases while also keeping the minimalist style and feel of the iPad Pro. The angles that you can achieve with the foldable exterior are on point. I like the fact that you can remove the outside and create portrait or landscape viewing angles. Sometimes I don't want all the extra flaps and covers while I'm just sitting around on the couch and taking it off is as easy as just pulling them apart, then all you have is a sleek exterior case. What's nice too is that it keeps a flush fit whether you have the Apple Pencil installed or not, another sleek function too.

Before reading just know that im coming from the 12.9 m2 ipad pro space gray 512 cellular model with apple pencil but with NO screen protector and im a male so heaviness and grip might be different. Im used to using the magic keyboard and decided to not want to feel like carrying 2 laptops. Ultimate pro: - my experience with their customer support for the year of 2023 is impeccable. so much so that it made me feel the want to write all of this. pros: - this item has a magnetic cover that can come off to just use an ipad case - my unit holds the pencil well and charges comfortably (just install it from the right side first and not the top or left) - great folding case positions that makes more space to use the ipad and macbook pro with sidecar with a mouse instead of your macbook trackpad - great price with amazon discounts (unless you got durable black) - easy to take off and put back in the ipad case - magnets for the cover holds well onto the case - case isnt slippery for night reading (dont use magnetic cover for this) - the version and color i got looks and feels very nice, im not embarrassed to take it out at starbucks - not heavy and is lighter than having a magic keyboard instead cons: - the magnetic cover does not attach to the ipad pro itself; you MUST have the case that it came with ON because of the magnet locations on the case itself. - the ipad case on the left and right sides are a little too thick that it doesnt allow to be used with a magic keyboard (could be due to the magnet positioning) and just falls - the pencil flap does not hold the front cover as well as i thought, so when you try to turn the cover to the back you will have to deal with a little hanging - vertical position as advertised is good for sidecar but dont think you can touch the ipad using your regular force without it moving all in all this is a great case for the price and If you want it to look more premium than i heard the durable black is better for the cover. HOWEVER, If you want to feel like you are just carrying a slim ipad and want the ease of just taking it off and using a magic keyboard fast then go for their rebound magnetic case 2-way stand. its 8 bucks cheaper and i have it too. I personally prefer the slim feel for meetings where i need to just read pdfs. cheers and hope you have a bright future

Sometimes goods advertised as being hybrid or all-in-one mainly function poorly, doing no single thing really well. This ESR case/folio does it thing well that its seller purports. The product's listing is accurate. This is innovative design followed by competent execution. All the stated functions of the folio cover and the inner case are true. I got exactly what I had hoped I would following a friend's recommendation and reading the product's listing information. Additionally, all the materials used in the folio and inner case have good grip quality, even the transparent plastic back of the inner case. The inner case grip is good enough that I don't need put any fingers on the tablet's screen, even when holding it with just one hand. The magnetic surfaces function well, giving good stability for holding the tablet and transporting it. The complete ensemble - folio and case, is light weight and slim. If your usage case for yout tablet is industrial, such as warehouse or machine shop, you'd probably want a case/folio with more padding. But for lighter, more controlled use, this ESR is a great design and works well.

The “inner case” is great, the buttons are clicky, there is a nice tight fit, and surprisingly ample room for a charging cable considering the thinness of the IPad. The outer case is okay, I’m going to give it a chance to break in, but it initially feels stiff in addition to having weak magnets. I do believe the magnets will work better once the folding part of the case is less resistant to bending.

Well made, good quality, good material, and totally not cheap looking. Very important: good grip. The case is essentially like a double case, yielding good protection to this expensive iPad Pro 13. The ways that the device can be held in landscape and portrait ways are well designed. In both positions, the stand is sturdy and stable. Of course the case is thicker and heavier, but considering that the iPad Pro 13 is more staying at home than travelling, the thickness and the weight are irrelevant. We made the decision to buy this case, based on a review by an independent third party organization (which reviews all kinds of consumer products) that we trusted. Need to point out, however, that initially, it was difficult to insert the iPad into the device case. Took us sometime to accomplish that. Very tight fit.
