ARCCAPTAIN Flux Core Welding Wire E71T-GS .030" 2LB x 1

First of all, I started welding about a week ago, so don't bash my welds. 😂 I'm using an old Chicago Electric Flux 125 the old Harbor Freight special. This wire is awesome: low smoke, low spatter, and very easy cleanup. It worked great on a small project using 14 gauge mild steel. Once I figured out the travel speed it liked, it was very easy to work with. I'll definitely keep buying this wire going forward.

THIS FLUX CORE WELDING WIRE IS A WORK HORSE ! It welds and penetrates your work piece. It does an incredible job as it was the first time I had ever done any welding with flux core and I was impressed. Thus far I have been extremely pleased with the results that this wire produces. I have had my Arc Captain welder for a couple of years and I am impressed with the products that Arc Captain puts out. For the price you will get a quality machine that can stand up to the rigors of a fab shop and or underneath a vehicle installing exhaust systems. I also purchased the Arc Captain Cut 50 plasma cutter and it has been nothing short of impressive and has exceeded my expectations!!!!

Seems like good wire. Lays down smoother than the hobart wire i was using before.

I recently tried out the ARCCAPTAIN Flux Core Welding Wire for a series of DIY welding projects, and I was quite pleased with the results. I purchased this. 030 flux core wire to weld very thin gauge steel. I've used other top brand. 030 before and this Arccaption wire definitely spattered a lot less. Its also 2 lbs instead of 1 lb for other top brand wire and costs much less This Arccaptain spool came double sealed to ensure no moisture absorbance. It also seems to feed through more smoothly with almost no kinking. My next flux core coil will be an Arccaptain.

I have received excellent customer support from ArcCaptain, fast replies and they really want to help novice welders use their equipment successfully. Their flux core wire had good reviews and I have their Mig 200 so I figured their branded wire would work best.
