Unfortunately, after 4 months, the red collar sporadically unclaspes and the adjusting mechanism slips (which has been an issue from day 1 but I have a dog that doesn't run from us so we continued to use the collar). At this point, my 11 lb dog gets out of her collar while on walks regularly. We bought two of these collars and the brown is holding up well. I believe it may be the softer leather that is weakening this collar. I do love the way it looks and feels but unfortunately we won't be able to use it any longer.

I loved this product until about an hour ago!! I've only had it for a few months now, and today it snapped in two while my dog was tied out to use the bathroom.It took me over an hour to find her, until she finally came back on her own. I've never been so mad!!

Great quality leather dog collars. I was expecting less due to the price but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of them. The leather is thick and the metal parts are sturdy. I would purchase again

I want to buy another once the dog stops growing so I don't have to keep replacing
