These were to small and caused my feet to swell. tight and hard to put on .One strap tore while I was putting them on. Once I got them on they were comfortable the arch really did feel good. But shut off my circulation

I broke my 5th metatarsal bone and bought these to replace the ace bandage and support my foot. I love it, it really helps support my foot as well as manage the pain. It fits just right and have had no issues with it so far.

I had them a week and both pads became unattached to the nylon. Poorly poorly poorly constructed do not waste your money

I got a pair almost identical to these here on Amazon. The backstrap helps keep the arch and met pad in place although it is not foolproof. They are helpful with sandals or slides. If you are changing footwear I would go for a good arch support instead as these will still slide a bit. The gel pads would be a little more comfortable if they tapered at the sides. But all in all, they are comfy in a pinch. I don't recommend them for use in athletic shoes or hikers. These are helpful for long periods of standing or slower walks.

If you need help with metatarsal pain then this is it. Works around the house when I don’t want to wear shoes. The gel pad can wiggle a bit to get it in the exact spot you need, taking the pressure off the metatarsal. It feels like a big lump but it corrects my foot position perfectly. I wear them inside slippers too. I can’t see how they would help for plantar fasciitis but for metatarsal pain it’s perfect.
