FILA Surface Care Solutions, DETERDEK PRO, Cement Remover and Brick Acid Cleaner, Efflorescence Remover, Strong Patio Cleaner, Ideal for Porcelain Tile, 5L

For a few years now there have been white salt Efflorescence on the lower foundation of my house. This stuff does indeed work, although I did not dilute it and used neat for maximum effect. Brushing on the white salt seemed to fizz a little reacting to this stuff, after one application it didn't seem to do very much. On a second application it did visibly start removing little bits, I found the best way was when using a brush to give it a scrub left to right which frothed up the solution from scrubbing. A 3rd application was then applied with the same method, and seems to be nearly all gone now. Note that after each application and scrubbing, I rinsed off with clean water about 5mins later. I will give this 7/10.. I got this to remove sand/cement sediments from the surface of my garden slabs.. with the use of a steel brush and a lot of hard scrubbing it did remove 85% also bear in mind its not the cheapest of products! I followed instructions to the T I also used tiny amounts neat in the stubborn areas.. see my pics

Had efflorescent discharge from my brickwork. Sorry, forgot to get before/after photos, but yeah, it worked good. I applied it once, neat, and this seemed to agitate the stuff nice but not remove it enough. I went back with a watered down mix about 1 hour later and boom - it fizzed all the loosened material out. Nice new looking brickwork again.

Did quite a good job on our mahogany patterned composite door, - but then again,- so did WD40. We only used about half and even though I closed the top tightly, when I came to re-use it a couple of months later, there was a thick hard skin on it, and not much left in the can that was usable. ( Don't put too much on as it shows and takes ages to dry). With all this in mind, I feel that it is vastly overpriced.

Absolutely bang on and did what I expected! It took me a few days but I soaked it every time to make sure it worked and 100% happy indeed!

If you are looking to remove excess cement from concrete council paver 60 by 60 forget it.. I just spent an hour trying to remove cement from a six by six inch square this is only two to three days old where a block was put on and then change around I thought I could try and wash it off now but was busy I thought I'll do it later when a clean them all down with brick acid. I've worn my fingers down using no long brushes even steel brushes which are not supposed to use I've left it for five minutes and it just does not remove the cement.. it might be good for cleaning algae but don't be mugged by the description absolute crap

Good quality strength for floors, but smaller container then expected. So needs diluting for better coverage cleanup brick effervescence.

Utilisé deux semaines après la fin de chantier, qui était la pose de carrelage extérieur sur notre terrasse. De nombreuses traces de colle et joint, avec le voile blanc. Deux passages fait sur notre terrasse à l'aide d'un pulvérisateur (le flacon en entier à 1/5). Résultat nickel, mais avec beaucoup d'huile de coude, balai brosse et nombreux rincages à l'eau claire. Je recommande ce produit. Peu d'odeur, mais à utilisé avec gants et lunettes tout de même.

Je vois pas vraiment de différence avec un savon de nettoyage normal mis à part les consignes de sécurité qui font qu’on aurait peur d’utiliser ce produit

L' ho acquistato perché ne avevo necessità dopo aver posato il pavimento al piano terra Tanti troppi residui di colla e stucco nonostante abbia cercato di stare attenta Arriva ben imballato La confezione è da 1 litro, tanichetta in plastica robusta con manico per il trasporto La diluizione varia da 1 : 5 a 1 : 10 in base a che cosa si deve , se pulizia dopo posa o per manutenzione periodica Io ho diluito quindi 1:5 (1 litro di prodotto e 5 di acqua) Non va usato tutto subito ma va steso per pochi metri quadrati alla volta , non va lasciato li ore e ore, solo qualche minuto che agisca e poi va spazzolato per rimuovere i residui, infine raccogliere tutto con un panno o risciacquare comunque con acqua Non va usato su marmi lucidi, questo prodotto è adatto per cotto, gres e pietra naturale Al posto dello spazzolone io ho usato una spugna chinata a terra venendo a contatto con il prodotto quindi preventivamente mi sono messa dei guati Non fa un odore particolarmente forte ma sarebbe comunque indicata una mascherina Il mio pavimento è stato pulito bene, in alcuni punti ho dovuto comunque usare una spatolina per rimuovere alcuni residui ma nel complesso mi ritengo soddisfatta
