This fit my 1982 F-100 just fine and has definitely increased my fuel economy thanks to no more issues with people siphoning my fuel. My only complaint is that the key has to kind of be slid into the lock from the side in order to get the little protective shutter (sorry for my lack of correct terminology) to open and allow the key to be pushed all the way in. It's a little bit of a nuisance. But I'm happy with the product, all things considered.

A must to protect your gas or diesel
Can’t go wrong with these. Well made, seals good. Like that they are keyed alike so I don’t have to jumble two keys for both tanks on my truck. Don’t need to worry about stupid people taking my fuel or being malicious and putting something in the tanks.
