Grandchild did not like at first but got used to using.

I had high hopes that these would really improve how easy it is for my 6yo to get in my Nissan Leaf. The buckle tends to fall into the hole and her booster will cover it. These keep the buckle up, but at an odd angle that took my daughter ~3 weeks to get used to. I'm keeping them because it is *slightly* easier for her to get in than before, but just barely. I think the main problem is that they barely fit in a Nissan Leaf. They'd be much better for my car if they were at least a 1/2 inch shorter.Bottom line: A minor improvement that is better than nothing but I'd buy another product if there was a competitor.

It was kind of frustrating to install the back part of the buckle mate. But I think that was more related to the Hyundai Santa Fe seats that are soft and forgiving and made it difficult to push down and apply pressure to get the two pieces to click together. But no more floppy buckles.

I made sure my car was on the list before I bought them. I have 3 across in my back seat, so of course it is tight and difficult for my kid to reach the buckle. Number one, these don't click around the buckle because the buckle is too fat for it to fit. Number two, they don't even come close to providing enough vertical lift to even hold the buckle up, so even after I forced it on without having it actually click closed, the buckle was still floppy. I then tried it on my husband's car, which is also on the list, and that is a no go as well. It fits around the seat belt buckle, but it does nothing for holding it up. Again, there's not enough vertical lift, so now it is just a floppy seat buckle with a weird thing attached to it. I, unfortunately lost the packaging, so now I'm out the money and have yet to find anyone who can use it.

This product is a life saver, my daughter was having troubles buckling her seatbelt by herself because of the buckle flopping over and moving, this made life difficult and frustrating especially picking her up in a car pull lane at school and not being able to get out and help her quickly. This product has saved up a lot of stress and tears of fray tearoom as it makes the task of buckling herself in an easy task! It was very simple to install and keeps the buckle upright and ridgid so she can easily snap in a go! Only wish I had invented it!

I can't believe I did not discover this earlier! I have 2 kids in booster seats in the second row of in my Chevy Tahoe, and another in a forward-facing convertible. This seat belt buckle holders have made it SO easy for my 2 kids to buckle themselves. They make the buckle stand upright and rigid.These have done great with heavy use - we have had zero problems. I HIGHLY recommend this if you have a kid in a booster seat.

I'm sure it works great for the specified vehicles, with that being said, don't think you can jerry rig it into another vehicle. Lol

Great idea. It doesn't fit on all seatbelts. One of our cars fastener is just too low for this to work.
