Study Buddy Bible Study Guide: Proverbs - Growing in Wisdom

I purchased this Study Buddy to help my daughter begin to develop a "quiet time" each day. The material is laid out nicely and easy to read and understand for my daughter. She absolutely loves being able to sit down with me and do Bible Study all on her own. There is a space for your child to copy the Scripture-- plenty of space no matter how big or slanted they write. We've used some of that space to write down words from Scripture that she doesn't know the meaning of and their definitions--a great way to help build vocabulary. The Kid Corner questions are simple enough that she can answer them on her own--great for building her confidence. She really enjoys the Parent Chat because she enjoys hearing about things that we did as kids. Each day she dates the page and I love the fact that she can save this as a "journal" and see how far God has brought her--she can look back and see how she has grown in her knowledge about God. We look forward to doing many more of these!

We have absolutely LOVED this devotional for our family time. It's perfect length discussion for any age. Well laid out and wonderful questions. We each write the verse in our own journals instead of the space provided. If you want to spend time with your family and learning Bible verses together this is a must have.

This Bible Study guide is amazing and has really lead to some great conversations about the Lord, how to treat others, and how to glorify the Lord through our actions. Amber is so wise and understands the minds of children and how best to connect them with the Lord. The "big ideas" section each day really drive home the message and give us something easy to recall later. We love the discussion questions at the end that really help to facilitate open communication and honesty. Connecting together with the Lord has helped keep our family focused on the ONE we are meant to glorify and honor. We are so glad there are more Study Buddy books to follow this one! I got this as an Easter gift for my 8yo son. I expected him to enjoy the readings but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. Each day has a question or two to ask a parent (but could easily work with any adult who is important in their life). I expected them to be somewhat mundane but instead they allowed me to share some of my testimony and thoughts with my child. The conversation starters were thoughtful and opened up some great topics. It was a great bonding experience for us and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will be ordering more!

I have been using this with my kids ages 10, 9, 7, and 5. The older kids each have a copy of the study the younger ones just copy the verse and then we all discuss the questions and concepts together. It works really well for our family. A simple, quick study to get God's word into their hearts and minds and get them thinking about practical ways to live these words out.

We love these simple books that make teaching the Word of God to our kids so easy! The book is divided up into daily verses with a space for kids to copy the verse and answer two simple comprehensive questions. I use these books in our homeschool curriculum and I love how the books are simple enough for my reading kiddos to do on their own. Each daily lesson ends with some conversation starters for parents that lead to great opportunities for me to connect with my kids over the verse they learned.

I absolutely love how simple this study is. Exactly perfect for kid-size attention spans and busy days... It doesn't need to be complex or lengthy to get into God's Word each day. Love! I know there are a couple others of these out there, but I hope Amber continues to write more! We will be first in line!

A great bible study to do with kids of all ages. I loved simplicity of the layout, and easily understood scripture and lessons. You can keep it very basic for the littles and dive in deeper with older siblings.

I'm a homeschooling Mom of 4.... Ages 8, 6, 3, and 2. My eldest daughter and I tend to bump heads often and I was trying to find a way to bring scripture to our relationship in an easy yet effective way. This is when I discovered the study buddy.We try to start every morning with it. However, life is busy and we don't always. When we forget the stress and tension are more elevated. On multiple occasions I have stopped what we are doing and said, "Wait, go get your study buddy and let's do it right now." It never ceases to amaze me how the Lord uses it to help with exactly the issue we are dealing with. My daughter will start reading it and she even notices and comments on how it is just what we needed!!The study buddy tool is turned so many of our days around. I purchased 3 and we have worked through all the Psalms and half of the Proverbs.Thank you for creating this to help other families!

These are great Bible studies to donwih kids. Mine are ages 6 & 7 and we love doing them together.
