It works perfectly!!
Everyone in cubicle laughed at me for this purchase, as it is not the most attractive thing to wear over your clothes but I don't go a day without it. This product has allowed me to get my posture back, as well as sit comfortably at 8-hour day desk job. I bought this product out of desperation after developing immense upper back/shoulder pain from my new-found slouching. It didn't even take a week to know I had made the right choice as the pain had subsided and I was even sleeping better (so more energy for my 8-hour day desk job!). Anyway, I am more than pleased with the product and highly recommend this to anyone who can relate to my situation!

It works as a reminder to keep your back straight
For me this item works as a reminder to keep my back straight just FYI it's not going to make you keep it straight and I wasn't thinking that when I was buying it I honestly didn't have any expectations I just decided to try it since I do have issues with posture for me this works okay is it reminds me to get my back straight the only problem I have a small issue is on the back it's really rubs to my neck maybe just the way my body is structured so I could have just taken half or quarter of a star but I can't I have to take one I guess so it's not an expensive item if you have a problem with posture I would recommend get one

The product is good for correct posture on the shoulder and easy to adjust the strap. It feels weird to put it on first, but I guess you will get used to it after a couple days. I would detach the strap from the cushion before putting it on, then attach it to get the right shoulder adjustment that I want.

doesn't do much
I don't think this will do anything...its like wearing a tight empty backpack. I only notice a difference when I am bending over and trying to pick something up it restricts me...I have it on the tightest settings and it seems maybe too big since it doesn't really change my posture...too bad ;(

It is easy to use and feel really comfortable
My upper back often got hurt. So i bought this one. And iy really help my upper back pain. It reduce my hurting. It does support my back. I can walk and stand straight. It is easy to use and feel really comfortable.

The price is right. Definitely works as suggested. It’s essential to train with this as it can be painful if you have it on too long; I think it’s due to my inflexibility. Can definitely notice a difference in my posture thereafter.
