Our goal in creating our exercise mat Exclusive series was to create a mat that has more cushion than a 1/4" mat but is still lightweight for travel and storage. We succeeded in making a mat that is just .4", provides excellent cushion and will not slip. You can roll up this mat and transport it easily as it is only 2.1 pounds, very light for a mat that is almost half an inch thick. The mat is 72" long (a full 6 feet) and 24" wide. It comes in a variety of colors, not too bright. As a multi-purpose mat it can be used for yoga and all exercises alike, it is very comfortable on the body keeping your joints and muscles off of hard surfaces and provides more cushion than our 1/4" mat. We believe you will appreciate the balance of support, light weight and affordability.
