This is the second letter I have purchased. This letter is fantastic. It is so light you can pick it up with one finger but is extremely stable. The full-size steps are great. The handle at the top to study yourself is great and most importantly it folds up to be only about an inch and a half wide so you can hide it anywhere in your closet, I also appreciate the soft mat and the brushed nickel. Very modern to match home decor

Very light. Very sturdy. Nice looking and WIDE and safe steps. I (am female) bought it for my kitchen to reach the upper cupboards. I can easily carry it and it stores into a small space. Love it. My husbands ladders which are the same size but too heavy, bulky and smaller steps.

This step ladder folds up and tucks into corner in my closet. Initially I bought for the kitchen but it was too big for the pantry, it was too pretty to return! The finish on the ladder is shiny and durable, it feels stable and the treads are large. Good buy and it’s going to be in our house for a long time. PS… I don’t loan this to the painter. Too pretty

Bought this ladder for a client, I'm building her an custom closet. Large space (9' x 15') and ten foot ceilings. Putting a 2' wide overhead storage shelf around the perimeter and shelving units up to 8'. She is about 5'4", this ladder is perfect for her to access upper shelves. Ladder build quality is better than expected. Deep steps with excellent traction grooves, folds very flat so easy to store (building hook block to hang on wall). Very stable and easy to fold and unfold, good rubber feet (not hard plastic to slide around on tile floor). The color of the woodgrain is excellent and goes well with the custom woodwork. I really like the light weight so it's easy to handle but not flimsy, locks open and stays put. Very happy with purchase.

I just got this lovely ladder IT'S BEAUTIFUL! Took longer to get it out of the box then set it up lol.Very stable safe and lightweight. I can reach high places, just changed light bulbs in my kitchen ceiling fan and I have high ceilings. I am able to store it along side of my upright freezer it's totally compact when folded.The reason for 4 starts is I wish the bar on top was higher, I can't use the top step my knees would be at the bar and nothing to hold on. It would be nice if you could raise it higher when in use.Other than that I'll be using this almost daily for the projects around "THIS OLD HOUSE!"Best purchase I've made in a long time!I highly recommend!

We are in our mid-seventies. This ladder is sturdy enough that we are comfortable using it. But, light enough to move easily.

Ladder serves it's purpose well. It has 4-steps that are wide and is sturdy allowing me to move things on a 8' tall shelf. It's also light enough that I can easily move it around the house, up stairs, etc. to do what I need to do. It isn't the heavy duty type of ladder you'd want if you were say putting up joists, but for moving a suitcase, a box of clothes, or getting that nasty mixing bowl you shoved up in a rush on the top shelf without washing it, it's perfect!
