Bought these as Christmas gifts for gym buddies, I use it for whey. It's quite large, I have another one from a different brand that's a bit smaller but I like the colors. The clip, as with all these products, is not that sturdy but it does the job I suppose.I did 6 reviews for the amazon joke and it was just ok.

A little larger then needed however great buy!

I use this product every day! It has help me build healthy habits by making it easy to get my greens and supplements in while always on the go!

I bought these as a giftThe recipient is very happy with them. He says the plastic is sturdy and will withstand the jostling of his gym bag, but that they are larger than they need to be. With a scoop of protein and an extra supplement or two there is still lots of space. With the little carabiner it looks like it could be a key chain but it is much too big for that. Could maybe be clipped to a gym bag.

Perfect container for on the go our just setting up your drink mixes ahead of time. Used mine for my energy tea mix and keeps everything separated until I’m ready to add it. Love this! Strongly recommend for the energy tea lovers.
