Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro Low-Cut Sock

These are the best socks I've ever run in and cheaper than everything they sell at REI. I have a drawer full.

The Wigwam Ironman Triathlete Pro lo-cut are the perfect combination of thinness and breathabilty. I am always hot and the last thing I need are socks that make my feet warm and contribute to my overall "hotness" and this is especially so when I'm cycling. I hope wigwam never stops making them! They're so effective at wicking away moisture and breathing that I even found on a bitterly cold windy winter day that I almost actually had too much airflow on my feet. That was once out of hundreds of days so don't let that stop you from choosing them. If you live in humid warm climates or your summertimes are hot, they're the perfect choice for your workout. These socks are so great that I often find myself choosing them over everyday regular cotton socks. I've found the price can vary significantly from store to store so shop around. I paid $6.95/pair + free shipping in March 2012.

Bought this sock from a different website and love it. I wear it with my Merrell Barefoot Trail Glove shoes and don't have any complaints. I found the socks here for a cheaper price but I can't buy them here because the seller won't ship to APO addresses for some reason. No reason was given just that they don't ship to APO. I could have them sent home and then my wife could send them to me in Afghanistan but I'm not going to pay shipping fees twice for one order. USPS rates to here are very reasonable so this seller shouldn't have an issue shipping here. I won't use them when I get back home to the States if they can't support us when we are overseas.
