Not bad. This has been useful. It's not perfect. The sides are still going to hit the sides of your face, but you can tip this a little more than a regular cup thanks to the cutout. However, I do wish this had handles, or that it was thinner so that it was easier for people to hold. I appreciate the measurement markings as other people have noted. Also, although the color says gray, this is a translucent cup that's kind of whitish gray tinted, but it's not solid, and you can see the contents inside which is really important if you're helping somebody drink who has difficulty swallowing. Also really appreciate the three pack in different sizes. I tend to mix things in the largest one, and then dole it out in the smaller cups.

If you can’t move you neck back these cups are great

These are Ok, but I thought they would be more flexible so that I could squeeze the front end into more of a spout when feeding my 95 year old Dad. I would also like it if they came in clear so that my he could see what he is drinking. Still glad i bought them!

I expected a cup made of glass as the same field for other items in the comparison listed the material of construction. This cup is plastic. Complaint is with Amazon not the cup maker.

I purchased these for my mom who has suffered a stroke. She was able to use them just fine, they do help her, I personally think they should have a handle.
