Chaco Women's Z1 Classic Sandals

Chacos are just great! I have tried other less expensive copy cat brands but they just dissapoint. These are made well and hold up for YEARS. My last pair was 10 years old before the bottom finally split. I wear them everyday for everything I do in the spring and summer months. I have also been know to put socks on and wear them into the fall in Wisconsin. They offer great support, wonderful hiking sandals, perfect for biking and are also good water shoes. HIGHLY recommend these and will never bother buying other brands again. They are comfortable right out of the box with NO break in period. LOVE how the straps pull out on the front and sides so if you have wide feet, the straps dont cut into your skin. Never get a blister wearing these. They dress up well also.

Great sandals don’t forget to adjust the straps! They are all fully adjustable and are extremely comfortable when correctly fitted! Great, arch support, straps are comfortable, good tread genuinely wonderful so far!

Let me start off by saying I've been looking for years for the perfect sandal and have finally found it!! I dislike wearing shoes but traditional sandals don't have good support. Ive gone through atleast one pair of sandals a year, even the expensive "wear all day" sandals fall apart the same as cheap flip flops. I had a pair of Tevas before trying these and I loved them but they fell apart in less than a year which is very sad since they were $100 lol. Desperate I tried these because why not? These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn!! They are durable, have great support, fine in water, and they are so cute!! It's impossible to find all of those points in one sandal but here we are! I love how the straps work, so creative and no Velcro which is a huge plus! I am very satisfied but I should note I've only had these about a month so hopefully they hold together as my main shoe for more than a year. Although at the price point I'm ok with them not lasting forever, I'd happily buy another pair.

These sandals are beautifully made with great arch support and a really comfortable insole curve. Unfortunately, the fit didn’t work for my particular foot shape. The buckle, which is meant to sit on the side of the ankle, landed right on top of my foot where it meets the lower leg, which felt awkward and unflattering. My heel also rested slightly on the outer heel strap, and I worried that might become uncomfortable with extended wear. That said, they’re very cute and clearly high quality. I may try a pair from the men’s section next time for a bit of extra width. The seller shipped them quickly, and I really wish they had been a perfect fit!

I had never worn chaos. But, I have Plantar Fasciitis and was going to the beach for half of July. A friend who also has a foot issue told me to buy these. I'm SOOOO glad I did. I wore these every day and my foot never hurt! I'm a 7.5 but bought an 8 first. Then, repurchased in a 7. Perfect fit! My friend who recommended these bought my 8, lol! Great arch support, quality and comfort. Straps adjust perfectly to fit. Definitely worth every penny. And, the color is sooo pretty... goes with everything!

About 20 years ago, I was fortunate to find a pair of these at a Marshalls store in my size, The strapping was substantial and they had a genuine Vibram sole. I've worn them hiking, in water, and just all around. Finally, though, the Vibram has become worn, and the foot bed was showing cracks. No I bought this pair ow Z/1. I often wind up buying women's sizes because a Women's 9 fits my men's 7 1/2 foot, and lots of men's shoes don't go below size 8. There have been many meaningful changes. The strapping is very thin, and while I don't think it will tear, it is so thin that if I tighten it a little too much, it can dig into my skin. Also, because it is so thin, it sometimes curls on itself when I put my foot in ... and it's hard to get your finger in to straighten it out. Also, the sole is quite insubstantial compared with my older shoes. Maybe I should have just sent them into re-soled. Because they are so light, I feel like they're really best for walking on flat or slightly hilly trails, rather than anything really rocky or rooty. I never felt that way about my old sandals. On the right terrain, they're comfortable, light, and look good.

3年前に友人に勧められ、購入しました。 スポーツサンダルが流行り始めた頃でしたが、他のメーカー脱ぎ履きがしやすく見た目もかわいいので即決でした。土踏まずのサポートがしっかりしているので長く歩いても疲れにくいところが良いです。ゴム部分で調整できるので、外反母趾の私でも問題なく履けます。 また、水濡れにも強く、これを履いて雨期のカンボジアに行きましたが、どんなところでも気にせずに歩き回れました。 使い始めて3年目ですが、全くへたる様子もないため、この夏も沢山履きたいと思います。

I like that I can move the webbing to suit my foot shape. They have a solid arch and sole that I am getting used too but I am ok with that as I want fully water ready walking activevsandal . I think i will be ready for anything with these .

I ordered a 9W but these are definitely not the correct size. The Amazon label shows 9W, but the Chacos label underneath clearly shows 9M. Compared side by side with my older ones, same model in 9W, these are shorter and narrower. Best to order directly from Chacos website as the sizing is not correctly advertised through the Amazon orders
