Reminded him of Georgia
Ordered these as a gift for my Georgia born&raised husband. Knew he always reminisced about eating boiled peanuts so I got him this 4 pack. Y’all he ate 2 cans back to back upon receiving the package and then the other two cans the very next day! That was that. Five stars.

I absolutely love this!
The last time I ate boiled peanuts was over 10 years ago. I have completely forgotten about them because for a while I had peanut allergy. About 8 years ago I changed my diet, quit all grains, and wow, my peanut allergy went away. So now I can eat peanuts again. I completely accidentally bumped into these and bought these immediately and I had a really hard time keeping to only 1 serving from the can. I see from the comments that many of the people who bought this don't know what boiled peanuts are and then they are surprised by the taste and texture. So let me help a bit. Boiled peanuts are not using the same peanuts one can buy in stores. They use green peanuts (unripe) and boil them in heavily salted water for a very long time--9+ hours on stove top, pressure cooker likely 1-2 hours, not sure. Although peanuts are high in carbohydrates (starches) usually, because these are green peanuts, they are low--in fact zero--starch. The carbohydrates are only fiber and 3 gr per serving, all fiber. So although technically peanuts are not keto foods, eating boiled green peanuts is quite keto friendly. The taste: very salty and it's not possible to rinse the salt out of the nuts because it's cooked into them. Texture: don't expect a dry crunch! These have the texture of a boiled potato! So very different from eating fresh peanuts! How to eat: take a few from the can but leave the rest in the brine only pour into a container and don't leave them in the can. Those that you took out, rise. The first rinse will be briny and murky and that's normal. Rinse till the water running off is clear. Place in the microwave or heat in the oven till warm in the shell! Serve in the shell.

I LOVE BOILED PEANUTS!
I know boiled peanuts may sound strange but they are really good! I like to rinse off the excess salt a few times. My family just love the spicy boiled peanuts but they are too spicy for me. These boiled peanuts are just right! The little children love them too. Yesterday was the first time the little ones ate boiled peanuts and they kept asking for more!

Quality Slipped?
Not as good as I've experienced previously. Seemed like half the contents were boiled peanuts and half was nearly raw peanuts mixed in. This is based on a three can sample.
