Maedalas: Colouring Book

The pictures are really nice and and look great with pens and pencils. I only wish the paper was of a little better quality... But the price does reflect that. It's not really a grayscale but the black really makes your bright colors pop! I'm giving it 4 stars due to the paper.

I received this book from my husband, for my birthday and I don't usually like this type of book, but these pictures are not your typical mandalas, and with the intense black lines, it really make your colors pop. I am currently using prismacolors, but gel pens and markers, especially neon colors, will look very cool. I will be using a variety of mediums, and I am happy with this book and the paper is pretty nice, too! My hubby did great!!

paper could better but for the price it is great. love her designs. I would gladly pay a few more dollars in the future for a version on better paper. love it otherwise

A beautiful colouring book by Mae Klein. My only complaint is the quality of paper which I find a wee bit too glossy for laying down blends

Love Mae Kleins art! I have her fathers entire collection, this is a talented family. I can't wait to see more from Mae! I got the book version. Excellent quality pages and I love the cover! My collection is beautiful thanks to them. I can't wait to see what Mae does next!

If I could give this one?? no stars I would gladly. I received this book 11 minutes ago and it is already in the trash can for tomrrows pickup. I am angry and want to blame someone for the new gimick of not being able to see the insides of books. You now have to sign in!!!! What's so sorry you need to discourage and keep any one from seeing what you will get inside. Cheap! paper, 25 non coloring pages. all monsters and 95% black ink drawing, no tearout pages !! What is left to color? Most disapointed book I have ever bought. Anytime you need to sign in to see a page, BEWARE! you will get stuck and waste your money, and time to get extremly disapointed or worse, I feel ripped off. This is hard to trash a book but is a product that was just 11 eleven minutes of the delivery and want to warn you. to help you not to spend on this stuff, this horror house. Not worth spending my time to walk any further then the trash can. Sound angry? Yes I am, and I blame Amazon for the restriction of not seeing the inside pages of every book. This is my LAST BUY>DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I know what is happening. I have almost a hundred kindle books on and over the years I am looked at and asked to change or remove something and they let you or anyone to borrow my books for FREE! 14 days, and then let your friend have a 14 day look then they return for refund. Why not! only to have my records show no sales. No purchase or return for refund. Why not, they get to read it for free at least and even copy any and all anytime they like. What is different about this is Amazon is shuting the insides of the books now so you won't know till it is to late. This the last book I buy here out of more 70 or 80 coloring books not to mention all gel pens. Over the last 3 years. Be aware!!

Mae Klein is a very talented young lady. She puts her in twist on mandalas and that's how you get "Maedalas". Beautiful images. You get 25 beautiful single sided maedalas to color. Paper quality is good. I can't waist to see what Mae Klein comes up with next

If you are a mandala fan as I am you may be a little disappointed. Although her ideas are lovely, the designs themselves aren't as colouring friendly as I hoped and the printing is a little blurry. I totally understand that grey scale is a preference for lots of people but this was poorer printing quality. Obviously a very talented young lady - just not my choice for colouring.

This is the 1st book from Mae Klien she is the very talented artist daughter of Bennett Klien.The book Maedalas is simply beautiful ,,, lots of varied and interesting images to choose from . It's really difficult to pick a favourite with these as they are all so unique and individual. You would not know this is Mae's first adult colouring book by looking at it,, she's done an amazing job.The images are single sided which is a feature I personally Love,, the paper is the general create-a-space paper which I don't think is as bad as it's made out to be. You can blend and it will take 5/6 layers of pencil ,, with the images being single sided you could use pens and markers as long as you put some card underneath your current piece so the next page is protected.I'm looking forward to Mae following in her father's foot steps and hopefully producing us many more books in the future ❣❣

Mae Klein's first independent colouring book and she displays all the talent of her father (Bennett Klein) with her own individual style.The images will suit every capability and are a joy to colour. I look forward to seeing more of her work.

Love Mae's first book, great if you love mandalas but are looking for something different from all the other mandala books.

Fabulous book great designs and good quality paper. Highly recommend
