Inconsistent Bead Color
These tie backs did not arrive within the specified time period. I am returning them because they have a musty smell, one of the four beads is white instead of jade colored as the other three, and the tassels are a bit snarled or fuzzed out as they were not protected from fraying in a plastic wrap. Not happy that I have to pay for returning them, but will double check with the retailer to see if they will assume that responsibility. Again, my fault for not more carefully considering size, as these are too large for my curtains.
