Bought this to replace my wired G Pro X headset and have never been more happy. The RGB-customizeable lights on the side doesn't go unnoticed and gives you both the gamery-look and professional look at the same time. For the record, I am a male and this looks clean on my head. The sound out-of-the-box needs some EQ tuning as they feel flat and sound bad unless you tinker with the EQ settings a little bit. The microphone is slightly worse than a G Pro X Wired microphone but is audible enough. All in all it's a good buy especially if you care about how you look on headphones and if you buy this on sale (bought mine for £130). My only gripe with it is is that it didn't come with an aux cable/splitter.

These have been fantastic. They are the nicest quality headphones I’ve owned, they feel sturdy and don’t feel cheap although they are still light. They connect really easily to my PC, just use the small button on the side and they connect in seconds. I like how it makes a satisfying little noise when you connect and turn them on/off! Only cons I have are, they were quite tight when I first got them but they have adjusted over time (or I’ve got used to it, not sure.) if you have a massive head I don’t think these would be suitable for you. The Logitech desktop app also has some functionality issues - it no longer tells me that the headphones are connected (when they are) which also means I can’t see how much battery they have, I have to rely on the audible sound if and when the battery is low. I previously owned a pair of Razer Krakens, They have the be the worst pair of headphones I have ever bought. They were massive and cumbersome, and never connected to my PC when I needed despite being wired. These Logitech ones have been a breath of fresh air.

Excellent audio quality and simultaneous bluetooth is a must have in modern headphones, plus they’re super comfy so its well worth the purchase.

I gave into the hype (and because I already had the matching LG keyboard and mouse and love them to bits) and purchased this overpriced headset, because it looked amazing in pictures and properties seemed good. Now, a year later, I regret this decision wholeheartedly. First lets get the positives our of the way, such as they are: - The headset doesa look stunning, with the light rings, the leather look and soft profile. - The sound is good, albeit quiet even at higher settings. If everything else was OK, I'd say it's not too bad of a purchase. So even if everything else was just passable, this would still be a semi-decent product, albeit still a tad overpriced. Alas, that is not the case and the negatives make this such a horrendous waste of money for me, it's turned me off permanently from purchasing any LG PC equipment ever again. So, without further ado lets get down to it: - starting with what I'm showing on the video attached (please watch with audio on) - the build quality of this headset is so bad it's laughable: a) The abysmal build quality - the head strap has no padding whatsoever, only the leather-like material and wires with what feels like hard cardboard in between, you can see me demonstrating this on the video by trying to squeeze the strap. And yes it does make your head hurt. b) the SQUEAKING! Oh dear *lord* the squeaking was driving me nuts - listen to the video and know I'm applying barely and pressure at all and wiggling the headset a bit - that's all. c) they drone on about "oh the softest "leather" on the ear cushions".. and while yeah, that might be the case, this stuff does NOT breathe at all. Meaning if you spend any prolonged period with them on your skin will start to sweat, making it quite uncomfortable (and unhygenic to boot) to wear the headset for long periods of time. Which kind of defeats the point of a gaming headset, but hey. - about 2 months in I started to get randomly disconnected, sometimes having to resort to rebooting my PC to make the headset work again. This has been happening on and off (pun intended) ever since. - Short range - unable to go to the adjacent room without signal loss. - Small ear cups - it's fine for me since I have smalle ars according to my partner, but he could not wear these, because the cups are way too small. - Terrible, terrible software (the G Hub) that is slow, clunky and is more of often than not having trouble finding the headset (no similar issues with the wireless mouse or keyboard). So, what's the bottom line? Unless you're hunting for this specific exact look for your headset, and you're not planning on wearing it for prolonged periods of time (and don't mind the squeaking) - you could probably like this product. Otherwise? Steer clear as headsets for half the price offer equal sound quality (like Razer Blackshark V2 Pro) and don't feel like they cost 15 quid.

Set up was easy, had some troubleshooting issues but nothing a google didn’t fix (in which it was my own fault for not reading the manual, anyway). Comfy to wear! I wear glasses with them and have no issues at all. I typically wear them for 4-5 hours at a time and don’t have any problems. I cannot comment on the mic, though, since I don’t use it.

I think these are great, but definitely overpriced for the quality you get. I was surprised at how cheap they felt, very plasticky. The benefit is that they are very light on the head, so you won't get headaches etc. I got these on sale, so I'm happy to have gotten the matching headset to my keyboard and mouse. Another annoyance is just how easily the ear pads get dirty. By dirty, I mean if you're wearing makeup, expect it to transfer easily. The sound itself is good, the connection to Logitech G HUB is awful, you have to keep removing the dongle and reconnecting it for it to recognise it. They also don't turn off on their own if you leave them, so not great. Again, for the price, i thought these would be basic features but oh well. I only use them when gaming so not all

Replaced my Sennheiser headset with this and I'm not very happy, but I'll thug it out until the next replacement, so I guess it isn't the worst here's what I strongly dislike about this headset: * sound quality at higher volumes is not great even with adjustments in the software. * it slides off of your head. hair. everything. the band is smooth leathery and it does not sit put at all. extremely annoying * sweaty ears - I have never in my headset ownership lifetime had sweaty ears until this headset. and that's just an hour of wearing it each time. the leather sticks to your skin. * white colour for girlies rocking makeup - your blush and bronzer can and will tint this headset. hair dyes too * can't swivel the ear cups both ways, they only turn one way, making quickly placing the headset flat down super annoying * can't tilt or move the mic out of the way, it's bendy but barely, honestly designed with zero comfort in mind * mic mute button is in conveniently placed * all controls are fiddly and poorly positioned. volume wheel is super loud and choppy for no reason. * supplied charging cable is hilariously short and had to find a replacement immediately * Bluetooth barely survives in the next room over, doors wide open, making this wireless not that wireless. * the auto on/off sound for the headset is terrifying and poor quality, it sounds like a recording of someone playing a sound, which sometimes can catch you off guard, as the headset turns itself off automatically to save battery, while you're wearing it and not listening to anything for example. absolutely stop that what I like about these * cute * decent sound and mic customisation in software * can sync lighting with other Logitech peripherals

Worked fine for about half a year but at some point the volume button on the side started having issues. It keeps lowering the volume when you turn in, doesn't matter which side I turn. Lately I haven't been able to get any sound from it at all. It's a shame, I really liked these headphones. They're comfortable and look clean.
