I used to make a full pitcher of tea, but not anymore. This is an excellent setup for making one fresh, large glass of ice cold tea instead of having a whole pitcher sitting in the fridge. It feels simple, clean, and more practical if you just want one good glass at a time. The packaging was extremely good, but the listing photos made me think a tea bag holder or infuser piece came with it. When I opened the box, I actually thought something was missing. What I received was two glass cylinders and a small lid. Once I realized that, the set still worked great, but the photos could be clearer about what is actually included. - Great for making one large fresh glass of iced tea. - Better than making a full pitcher if you do not need that much. - Glass pieces feel clean and simple. - Extremely well packaged. - Listing photos made me think another tea holder piece was included. - Includes two glass cylinders and a small lid. Verdict: Excellent setup for fresh iced tea by the glass, but the listing photos could do a better job showing exactly what comes in the box.

Now you can enjoy Cruise line luxury iced tea time at home or on porch. Fill the bottom one with ice, fill the top one with very hot to boiled water and add a forte tea pyramid. They stack for table delivery. Five minutes of steeping later, pour tea over ice in large pitcher, pour into a glass and enjoy. If you like a taste of honey, put in the hot one while steeping. Prefer lemon, squeeze over ice before pouring in hot tea. This is a great set designed for forte tea pyramids, but will work with Harrowgate or other tea bags or even loose tea in a sealed steeper. Awesome system. I first used this on a cruise and I loved the speed it cooled the tea down, super fast without changing the taste of the tea.

This gift was ideal for making that perfect cup of iced tea until the bottom pitcher got cracks in the glass with only 3 months of use. Started with two tiny cracks and now there are more cracks that are getting larger, making this a safety issue. I will dispose of it before it completely shatters. Disappointed that with the price this did not hold up. ***update*** 5.9.24 seller contacted me and very kindly refunded me for this item. pleased with this great customer service.

I love this! We were on Celebrity Apex, having a quiet afternoon Ice Tea, and they brought it out in this tea pot. The top pot was filled with hot tea, and the bottom was filled with ice. We let the top get nice and strong, and then sweetened the top. We pour the top tea over the ice, and we got almost 4 glasses of tea out of the pot. I ordered this almost as soon as we got home. What a very, very dignified way to have a slow down on vacation. It became our ritual almost every day! I'm looking forward to many afternoons this summer, sitting on our deck, sipping our tea, and watching the world go by.

I use their almost daily, it is a great set to make iced tea.
