I loved this backpack so much I bought a second. It is great quality and durable. Its padding in the pocket holds my gaming laptop securely and allows for a lot of extra gear to fit inside. It also works great just for notebooks, files, etc. The design is sleek and the color is a nice matte black with the logo subdued so it doesn't stick out. It travels very well. Great value.

LOVE THIS BAG!! It looks sleek and clean and holds everything I need. I used this to fly and it fit under the seat without issue even when it was loaded with stuff. I can fit my laptop and travel screen in the protective pouch inside. The straps are very comfortable. I even had a yogurt explode inside on my way to work one day and it wiped up and cleaned up super easily. I have had this now for over 6 months and it is holding up great without any signs of wear.

Love, love, love this! I use it every time I travel (plane, train or automobile). It's Swiss Army brand quality and offers enough protection for my laptop, extra travel monitor, headphones, mouse, cables plus things you don't want to check (jewelry, medicine, valuables), sunglasses and travel essentials (wet wipes, tissues, screen cleaners) and blanket/sleep socks for plane. Two perfect outside stretchy pockets for bottled beverages, plus I snap my neck pillow to loops on outside. My daughter adopted my first one, so I bought myself another one exactly the same - light grey. Absolute perfection - never travel without it.

Very good quality but bigger than I expected. It can fit a lot.

Update3/8/25: still nothing from Swissgear about my warrantee claim to rectify the situation. Their warrantee process is also unreasonable. Multiple steps requesting you send them various information with 2-3 weeks to review each step! UNREAL and very disappointing from a “quality” reputable manufacturer. Their process is designed to lose customers in the claims process, it’s unethical. I just missed the window return on Amazon when my son told me his bag pack strap had been tearing. It took over a week to hear from Swissgear about submitting a warrantee, another week plus to hear back about my claim, now I am asked to cut labels (already provided pics requested of said labels), mail them, then wait another 2 weeks or so for processing of claim. Then, not sure how long before it’s replaced. Which means my son is without a stable backpack (as it’s now fully torn) for well over a month. This is unacceptable customer service on both parties to not rectify in a timely manner. Having to buy another onein the interim is unacceptable, putting me out more money and having spent money on extra backpacks. We’ve never had a single issue with under armour back packs, I cannot recommend swissgear backpacks. Unfortunately, I’ve donated our prior backpacks! Make sure you have a backup if you go SwissGear!

Backpack itself is great. What I’m wondering is why there was half a bar of soap, a sandwich baggie of Tylenol and 3 CAT equipment keys also in the bag???

I like this bag overall. It’s sturdy and has plenty of compartments, which makes it easy to organize things. The storage capacity is good and it works well for travel. The color looks a little different from the pictures, but it’s still nice. The material feels decent—not too thin and not too thick.

SwissGearのリュックサックは10年前くらいにアメリカで初めて購入した。 あの頃はリュックを背負うことがあまりなかったが、最近はサラリーマンで背負うことが増え、日本のショッピングモールで売られているリュックを購入したが、めちゃくちゃ重く感じ、リュック自体も柔らかい為、体に負荷が掛かっていた。 正直リュックはこんなもんやろと思ってたが、上記記載のリュックを背負うととても使いやすく欲しくなった。 しかし日本で販売されていない為、ここで購入した。 届いた物品も本物で、毎日背負いやすくとても使い勝手が良い！ 今後もSwiss Gearのリュックを愛用する！
