Delicious with the hint of blueberry!
The necessity of switching from coffee to pure chicory due to heartburn was daunting for me, but finding this brand has made all the difference in the world. It is very finely ground for instant use in hot water and dissolves completely. I use between a 1/4 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon with 12 oz. of water in mug to get the perfect morning drink. It is smooth and not bitter. I keep it in the fridge and this small bag lasted over a month of daily use! Have seen reviews of other instant chicory stating it's bitter, but I found using less still gives you that great coffee substitute flavor plus keeping it in the fridge makes sure it stays fresh. It really amazes me how little you need for great flavor. By the time I add my regular coffee "additions" it tastes close enough to satisfy! As an added benefit, check google for all the good nutritional features of chicory. Win-win! Will order again.

Bluebbery Instant Chicory is delicious!
I love the plain instant chicory & came across the blueberry one by the same maker! it has a nice subtle flavor of blueberries that adds a little zip to the chicory drink which I enjoy! the instant coffee dissolves easily & is simple to heat up in the microwave. a nice alternative when you don't want the caffeine in a strong tea or coffee later in the day!

Disappointing...it sounded like it would be yummy
I drink plain chicory all the time (different brand) and really enjoy it.This stuff? It's bitter. It's very weak. The blueberry smells good but the taste is barely there.Someone said this is sweet...nope. Bitter.I'll finish the bag but won't buy more

This blueberry chicory is way too sweet for me
I had tasted blueberry chicory before and I liked it. I found this to be way to sweet, and I didn't care for the taste. I like the plain chicory though.
