Great for those who have poor posture. Are usually wear mine for a couple hours a day but never well I’m doing physical activity like working out. It’s definitely good to wear if you’re just standing and you need help with your posture. Great price and a good product.

I found this worked well if I remain conscious of my posture, but it can create a very very bad posture if I stop paying attention.

I don't like it, at all. First of all, it came kind of crumpled in a plastic bag. No tags, nothing, no name of the product on the bag, nothing, just this piece of jumbled up belts. I had a hard time figuring out how to put it on. When I finally got it on, it did nothing. It didn't help with my posture at all. Then, once I took it off, I could never figure out how to get it on again! It wasn't something I would buy if I saw it in a store. I would have no clue what it was if I saw it in a store anyway, because it came with nothing; no directions, no tags, no identification, like I said, a bunch of jumbled up straps in a bag.

I always feel like I have very thick back .evey time look at my side way .i hate my back . And this does do the job help my back to straight up Also my shoulders too.I even feel this can release my pain for my shoulder ! I put it on all the time .. I feel good hopefully will change the way of my back

I wanted to like this and the concept was good but it was hard to put on and seemed to press too hard on my back at the top of the "y". Also the neck soother or whatever it's called, heated up and got so hot in minutes! I've worn similar things but never had this experience! Was there a chemical on it ? Because my neck was irritated for awhile. Without any instructions it's hard to say.

This works well to keep your shoulders back and improve your posture while reminding you to straighten up yourself. I like that part about it the most because when I stop wearing it I want to automatically straighten up from the muscle memory of using this. I believe this device will make that happen. I can see that it would be quite easy to put on if you are a smaller person. However, if you are at the larger end of the inches to wear this, it is rather difficult to do without some assistance. And the little round circle in back to run the straps through comfortably has to be straightened out or it rolls up so having help is important and eliminates that from happening. It could be that having more practice putting this on and off will eliminate the need for assistance. It does do the job it says and it is comfortable doing it. If you are concerned about your posture, I would recommend this. :-)

I received this today. When I adjusted it like it should be it is a magnificent product. I can really tell it does as advertised.The only negative is the face that the Velcro straps are NOT long enough to adjust while wearing, like in the advertised picture. I was hoping it would work that way because it would have been very easy to modify.I had to take it off numerous times to adjust it until I found the proper fit.Also, the product DID NOT come with any instructions on how to properly adjust.I am still unsure how to adjust the middle strap with the disc.

Feels comfortable with the soft belt. The belt is adjustable on both side, fit perfect for my body, tried it people from wearing small size clothes to large size, it fits all. Helped a lot to adjust my posture when working.
