Does not print Auto Duplex properly on Printed Letter Head
We bought this for printing the medical Prescripton on a printed Letter head .This printer prints in different order and orientation for a single page and double sided printout . There is no consistency in the printing order or paper orientation . The HP contact suggest to manually change the paper as a work-around for this problem !!! This is Auto-Duplex Printer and we bought it only for that reason . The Amazon technician updated me that this is known issue and assured my for a return . But later , the Amazon support refused it and asking for Job card from HP within 7 days . HP Support is not very responsive and i am not sure if i will ever get a job card .Big Disappointment ... Amazon is selling this product as Half-Duplex knowing that they received multiple complains on this functionality
