Most: was very comfortable for my dog, the red color was really nice. Collar is very durable EXCEPT the ring. My dog comfortably pulled so much he broke the ring - I have a Beagle mix and he's very strong. He loves his color and I don't know how it happened but the ring almost went completely straight. We leash him by the buckle until we can get a new collar. If you ask, I'll definitely buy this again but maybe not for my Beagle.

I had previously given this collar 5 stars, but after my dog has worn it for a month, I'm having to drop that down to 2 stars. This collar is "padded", which seemed like a good idea. But as you can see from looking at the pictures (see pictures of product), the padding doesn't go all the way around the collar, it only covers about half of the collar - and there the padding stops, the seams are rubbing against my dog's neck and he's starting to get two bald spots on each side of his neck, where the seams rub him. I have a Boxer and he's very active and runs and jumps, so there's a lot of movement going on - and that means a lot of rubbing going on.This problem would be fixed it the manufacturer would extend the padding all the way around the collar.I'm sad that I have to drop my rating, because I like this collar and it was sturdy and had durable material....but I can't use a collar that's going to rub two raw places on my dog's neck.

I ordered a large for my 63 pound Mountain Cur and an XL for my 73 pound Boxador-Rottie mix. The Xl is a little wide but overall they bot fit very well. My boys are rough and tumble boys and they have not lost them yet. Pleasantly surprised they have held their color over the months as most collars we have gotten for them fade quickly.

I didn't look at this collar ( red - Size: LARGE - 1.2" Width x 16"-20" Neck ) well enough soon enough. I bought this item specifically because of the metal buckle, D-ring and grommets. I have a dog with a very thin head and neck and wanted to get a wider collar. Because she sometimes really jumps and jerks hard on her outside lead I don't trust plastic. The quality of the materials is OK. The workmanship sucks. It does not appear that the holes for the grommets were melted into the nylon before the grommets were put into the collar. There was already fraying around the grommets (after I got to looking at it in bright light and BEFORE it went on my dog) and I don't believe they will stay in place for any reasonable length of time. Also, the grommets are not in a row that is centered down the center of the collar causing the collar to not be centered in the buckle which will cause premature wear on one edge of the collar where it rubs on the buckle. The stitching varied in length greatly - from 6 stitches per inch to THREE STITCHES PER INCH - across the end of the collar. I cannot recommend this collar.

I have two dogs and they like to pull at each other's collars until they come off. The collars then get chewed. I needed to find a buckle collar that wouldn't be loosened by their antics. This collar is working well. Some of the stitching is unraveling, but I'm satisfied with the collars and the price.

It's a basic collar which I wanted but I'm not sure how my pup did it but she definitely chewed some of it while wearing it and it was not loose

Our dog has been wearing it for a couple of weeks and I see that it's fraying already. I ordered him a 16" - 20" collar, as he has a 19" neck and it's on the very tightest hole, so I would say they run very large. It's a nice color (red) and he's gotten lots of compliments, but I don't think it's going to last too long.

It is hard to find a collar locally that has the metal buckle. I feel this feature is better for my dog's safety and security. Happy with the red color and the sturdiness of this collar. Red does fade, so we get a new collar every few years. My 17 year old Australian Cattle Dog is mighty proud of this handsome new collar!

Really lovely looking collar.I have a yellow lab and got the blue one.stunning!so easy to put on and remove.he seems to be comfortable when wearing.it's very strong.The only slight niggle is the buckle.it has pointed corners and is quite large.for this reason I remove the collar when in the house as I would imagine it would be irritating for the dog wearing it.
