Product came without the filter - it’s a very expensive jug!

Costly, but no other alternative is available. I had to replace it because my last one broke after 3 years of use. I wish they would work on the quality, as the Jar is made of very thin glass, and it's not fun when it breaks.

This is a wonderful product, packaging outstanding, so easy to set up, beautiful clean water, runs quickly, use the minerals, get a 2nd jug so you can always have one ready, keep the jugs of water in the fridge, if you want clean sparkling fresh healthy RO water then this product is for you. Of course it is a little expensive, it's the best tabletop device in my opinion, and you get what you pay for. For me it is very good value to have healthy water. My opinion is get a second glass jug, then you will always have water, and keep it in the fridge. Excellent product all round.

My daughter broke my original pitcher and we had to buy a second one. This one works great and does what it’s supposed to.
