This arrived today, the dust cover is scratched fairly significantly, can I just get a replaced cover? I already have set this up.

why is the cartiridge and tone arm vibrating/shaking when playing? Record sounds warped/under water, but sounds fine on other record players

Can I use WIRED headphones? I don't see a headphone jack. OR would I need to order some sort of RCA adapter to connect wired headphones? Thanks.
