A great single flute cutter for the money. I'm using it lightly for now, 1" DOC, .005 per flute at 7k RPM around a the outside of a 2-1/4" piece of round stock. Does a nice job and the final cut yields a diameter that matches G-code program with in a couple tenths. Will buy again!

This worked great. The fine but allowed for detailed engraving. We bought extra just in case, though they lasted much longer than expected. High quality, would definitely buy again.

I've bought several of these for cutting hdpe and they cut great! They're even quieter than the $60 amana I bought. Hands down, one of the best bangs for your buck

Used this to cut a pick guard with my CNC for an electric guitar. It worked well and I didn't have any burning which was an issue with a standard end mill bit. Right tool for the job!

This bit has been great for cutting HDPE. It's super sharp and leaves a great finish on the top and bottom. I only do .25 deep passes, (I don't want to stress anything), but it is a work horse for sure.

Bit broke within a couple minutes of use. Was trying to cut through 1/8” clear cast acrylic. 45 ipm feed rate, 30 ipm plunge, 16,000 rpm, .02 step down. Needed the bit to cut out plexiglass with some fine detail. Broke immediately upon start up of CNC. Wasted $30. Bought a well known named brand same size bit, ran the same settings it ran for 1.5 hours and completed the job. You get what you pay for.

The bit/coating are fine but as other reviews say the 1/8" bit is definitely undersized. I'll keep it but in the future I think I'll stick with the more expensive brands that actually give you the size they claim.

These SpeTool bits are superb. They are cut beautifully. Durability is hard to determine quickly, but I'm very happy. There are speeds and feeds available on their website. For the novice CNC'er, I can't think of a better tool brand to invest in.

I've used a bunch of these now in my cnc cutting mdf. They work great and last a long time compared to others I've used. I will be buying more!

Bought for cutting perspex/acrylic with my trim router and it does a fantastic job of that. Cuts are smooth and clean, no chips or gouges and goes through smooth as butter definitely a value cutter for perspex router work

I’m working on making items on my CNC that are detailed, so having a bit that’s small is ideal. The challenge I’ve had in the past was that I’m running a ¼” collet for most of my work, but most smaller bits need the ⅛” collet, meaning I’d have to swap them out. This one is the best of both worlds, since it has the larger size shank and a small cut diameter. The bit works great, and cuts the materials that I’ve been working on without issue. Just keep in mind that with a smaller bit size, you need to adjust your speeds and feeds accordingly so that you don’t snap the bit.
