What is the material of the bone scoring tool?

The manufacturer says it is a Genuine Bone Folder, so I will go with that. Now who's bones they are I couldn't tell you. I love mine, I tell you what, I am not going to take a lighter to it to find out. I did drop it on a glass table top to see how it sound verses the plastic one. The plastic one had a ping sound and the bone had a punt sound. It feel good in my hand and has more weight to it. I ordered the kit to get the larger one. Tip: The black on the tips are not part of the bone folder itself, they are there so you can see the smooth round tips. Happy folding and creases.

Are animals killed to make these?

If you are asking if animal are killed specifically to make these, I seriously doubt that. If you are asking if these are Vegan, if I’m not mistaken, these are made from real bone. I think possibly from cows. They are not plastic which would come from dead dinosaurs.

What is the difference between the folder and the creature? Are there any videos online that show the differences in use?
