Think of the best popcycle stick you ever had but on steroids lol
This sounds silly, but I got these as a gift and was worried about splinters. As soon as I opened the bag my fear was gone. Think of the best popcycle stick you ever had but on steroids lol! We used them at my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary BBQ and they were a big hit. Not one broke in use and I found people were hoarding them. I've already ordered two more sets and am looking forward to wowing even more of my friends. Great product!!!

Very nice
So I was a little nervous about these when I got them in the mail. They didn't look very sturdy but I loved the wood look and that they were not plastic. I hate plastic.They matched our decor for the bridal shower beautifully. Really added to the rustic feel.I docked them one star because two forks broke when people were using them and the knives, while they cut fine for the food that we served, would not be very good at cutting something that actually needed sharpness

Big hopes disappointed
Disappointed. The tines on the forks are shallow and don’t stick in the meat/shrimp. Also several forks had a kind of wood hairy texture and a couple of the spoons broke without much pressure. My party invitees we’re not impressed and I brought out the plastic after all.

Overall Good
I try to avoid plastic at all costs, so these were a nice alternative. I did have one fork that was splintering on the side, but the rest have been fine. We've hand washed and reused some of them, and they seem to hold up for maybe two uses before you have to get rid of them. As someone else mentioned, the forks are more like "sporks", but overall I was pleased with them.

haven't used them yet. camping for thanksgiving with 18 people. trying them then. they look sturdy and no splinters.

I loved the fact they were made from a by product ...
I used them for a recent bbq and was very impressed by the strength of the cutlery. Also, the 10 bagasse plates were something I've never heard of before until now. I loved the fact they were made from a by product of sugarcane that would of been thrown away. I'll definitely be buying this again from this brand once I run out!

I think I will like them.
These are very cute, and I will know more after we use them for desserts at my daughter's wedding. However, my husband and brother are not thrilled with eating from wooden cutlery. Even so, I think I will like them.

Skip it!
I like that they are eco friendly, but they weren't very practical. Even eating a salad was difficult with this fork. Cute, but disappointing in function.
