Well built
This seems like a very durable product. It is well built and easy to install. The drain valve was leaking, so I would recommend retaping and tightening before you get started. It arrived with a broken bulb and tube, but the seller remedied that quickly. It's only been a little over a month, but it is working fine still. I haven't sent off any water samples, so I can't give you any numbers. I bought this one based on the reviews for the smaller model that handles 12 gpm.Update June 13, 2019:It's been about 6 months and there have been no issues. Both bulbs are still burning. I'll update if anything changes.

Excellent customer service
The product shipped incomplete and the supplier responded to my email immediately and had the missing parts shipped express and I received them 2 days. The sterilizer is very solid and appears to do the job. This is a large housing so water will have more than enough UV exposure. Smaller housings will not give your water enough exposure to UV during high usage and water flow is high. This hold about 2 gallons, so water flowing at 2 gpm will have a full minute of UV exposure.

Will fail not if but when
This is our second unit (original came with the triple bb). Really liked the concept of having UV protection for our well water but that's where it ended.Things that WILL fail:Threads are cut poorly and will leak even with 6 wraps of blue monster PTFE tape and paste. Code only requires 4 wraps. Standard NPT fittings will feel loose when you install them that's the port threads not machined to a tight enough tolerance.Welds are horrible. They grind and polish to make them look pretty but pinholes will develop or a seam will fail completely making a massive mess. This is from a lack of beveling before welding and removing too much bead during polishing. This is what took out our first AND second unit. You will have to replace the terrible designed ballests at least quarterly to annually (if your lucky). Parts are expensive and bulbs will probably break in transit. They changed the mount from one that was welded (if you want to call it that) on to a clamp on flimsy mess that won't match the existing bolt holes. We are bypassing this unit and removing it instead of replacing for a THIRD time. The benefits don't outweigh this mess of a product and the cost to keep it running.

Well built, great value.
I would have given this a 5 star rating had the 1/4" preplumbed drain valve not leaked. I drained the system, removed the valve added a lot of thread tape and it still has a slight leak.

Very easy to instal. Good value for the money. Excellent workmanship and customer support. Glass tubes are very delicate, one of mine was cracked when it arrived but was replaced the following day.

Good product
Product works well- haven’t had any issues, no leaks. Plug and play once you place the bulbs inside. Very easy.Only thing confusing- there was 2 white rubber washers around the bulbs- nothing in the instructions said if those are to be left on, or need to be taken off? Besides that- very easy and works well.

replace the relief valve!
System does what it's supposed to and mostly seems to be well built out of stainless steel. BUT, as noted by other reviewers, the factory relief valve is cheap aluminum and will eventually disintegrate and spew water all over your utility room. Also the relief valve is on the mounting bracket side of the unit, so may not be easily accessible if you have to replace it after installation.I recommend this unit as long as you replace the relief valve with a brass valve or plug before installation.
