Fannypants SmartPad Inserts SmartPad Inserts are machine-washable pads specifically designed for use with Fannypants active underwear incontinence panties. They are constructed with 4 layers; 2 microfiber layers enclosing an eco-friendly, super-absorbent eucalyptus core, and a single waterproof layer on the back. The 2 microfiber layers absorb more than 7 times the capacity of cotton, and are designed to rapidly wick fluids to keep the wearer dry and comfortable. Fluids are then trapped within the eucalyptus core, and any excessive moisture is contained by the waterproof layer. When a Smartpad insert has been used, simply remove it from the waterproof gusset and insert another. 5.33 oz Capacity per SmartPad Fannypants SmartPad Inserts provide 5.33 ounces of absorbency (16 teaspoons). This absorbency is more than enough for women dealing with light bladder leakage, with one or two pads sufficing for all-day protection.
