Children's Schoolbag Solar System Planets Galaxy Light Weight Backpack Satchel Lunch Bag

I ordered this lat 9/5/17. lt arrived last 9/30/17. They did say that they will give me a discount of 30% if it arrived, so far i havent receive the 30% discount yet.The bag looks great. However, after 2 weeks of using it excluding holidays, please take note my child uses it 2 hours and 45 minutes each day...the upper part of the bag ripped. Please see photo below. It is upto you if you will purchase this bag. I am just stating as to what i experienced buying this product.
