Does this support Dolby Atmos?

I’m assuming it does because Dolby TrueHD is a higher quality Dolby Atmos since it’s uncompressed. Dolby Digital Plus on the other hand can give you Dolby Atmos as well; although it will be compressed.

Does this switch support Dolby Atmos?

I believe my Apple TV uses Dolby Atmos and it supports it fine.

If I turn off auto switching, is it supposed to turn back on when the unit is powered off and back on?

I have not tried that. I use both auto switching and remote signals to increase the probability it will work. It usually does.

Will this switch automatically switch to the source with the signal or do you have to manually (using the remote) switch?

I had some issues when there are devices that typically stay on and just go to sleep, like a Roku or a video game console. If you’re plugging in things that don’t go into a sleep mode, the automatic switching might work better for you.
