Will this fit an electric ryobi 1600 psi pressure washer?

Yes if you have the correct fittings

Quick connects leak. Do I have to send the whole hose back?

Sorry for the inconvenience. You may have to check the fitting of your pressure washer. If it is M22 14mm fitting, please contact with seller. we will offer new quick connectors.

Will this work with Green works electric power washer?

If your Green Works power washer uses M22-14mm fittings, then it should work.

I have a question about possible warranty if the hose bust around the fitting under the black plastic to keep it from doing so

I have yet to have any problems with my hose. And I do believe there is a warranty.
