Helpful for menstrual cramps
Got this to help my girlfriends severe period pains, isnโt a miracle cure but definitely helps with cramps. Iโve used it myself for my own cramps and it works best drinking as a tea leading up to the week of your period, I use it along with raspberry leaf. Can apparently also be used in the bath, brewing a larger amount. I find it easier to then drain the leaves out before putting it in the bath so it doesnโt clog the drain & get stuck to your body.Overall good not too strong a taste and lasts ages, only need a small amount for teas.

Good quality
A really nice tea and good value, itโs a subtle taste though it doesnโt taste strongly of raspberries if you havenโt tried it before
User
Doesn't taste fruity
Makes tea but it doesn't taste like raspberries

Not for smoking
If you're buying this to smoke I'd pass on it.. it's very clumpy.

A lot of stems
It does what it says on the packet. Be careful as there are a lot of stems

Tastes good
First time trying raspberry leaf tea. Tastes better than expected. There are a lot of stems as other reviewers have pointed out but I was able to remove them easily from the loose leaves which seem to be good quality.

Actually works
Only using for a few days before my menstrual cycle, but was definitely less painful and definitely a less bleeding
