Great product, value, and gift for students and busy professionals!
For $29.99, I’d recommend this as a great investment for single persons/couples and campus-bound students who enjoy rice at home. ⚠️ PRO TIP: Don’t leave cooked rice in cooker overnight: after about a day, sometimes the rice gets dried out around the edges. This is easily avoided with proper care right after cooking: tupperwear and refrigerate the left-overs. Rice has the same cooking-quality as a full-sized cooker, which can run upwards of $150+ for a nice Tiger or Cuckoo (iykyk 😉). This Bear mini is super cute and aesthetic, taking up no countertop space, supper easy to clean (non-sick Teflon maybe?! 🤓👍) and compact/easy to store (in my small nyc apt kitchen! 😂). I noticed that it doesn’t make the sputter-mess like other mini-cookers I’ve owned. Also, pretty sure mine came with a 1-cup measuring cup and a rice paddle. I’ve re-purchased one for each of my siblings! 🙂 Great product.[‼️PRODUCT-DEVELOPERS: offer more color-ways! 🌈🤓]

Perfect Little Rice Cooker
This is a great rice cooker. I have already used it multiple times and have had no issues. The rice does not stick and is a perfect consistency. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it at first because I saw a few reviews stating that others were having a problem with liquid leaking out of the top while it was cooking. After using mine, I realize that they must be over filling with the liquid. There is a clear line inside that shows you where to add the liquid up to and if you follow that, it does not leak. Perfect for making one or two servings which works out great for me and my husband. Also, a nice sleek look on the counter. I love the blue color. I think it was a great value for the price and I would highly recommend.

Perfect rice!
My old rice cooker finally died after years of service. Looked high and low and couldn’t find it for sale anywhere, so looked for a suitable replacement. This one looked promising, plus had additional perks my old one didn’t have. I tried it for the first time today! I am so happy with this product. It has locking lid like old one, but it didn’t spew hot sticky steam all over the place, like the old one. It made a heathy size portion of perfectly cooked rice. 😋

Rice cooker rice!
Overall this is a decent mini rice cooker that does the job. If you've never had a rice cooker, you will probably like it a lot. I like it well enough to keep it but if they made a mini rice cooker with premium qualities, I'd buy one of those. Because my other rice cooker is a big, fancy one and it's awesome. Except that it has a minimum that is too much rice for just me and right now my kids have gone off to college and my husband is on travel. So... I need a one person rice cooker because I really enjoy the entire process and experience (rather than microwave leftover rice or frozen rice).Because this doesn't have advanced features such as "fuzzy logic," you have to figure out how to get your rice just the way you like it. My preference is sushi style rice, which is short grain white rice. The first time I made it there was some spittle coming out the top even though I absolutely washed/rinsed it 6 times until the water was clear and I was only preparing a half cup (dry) of rice. So the next time, I used a little less water. I rinsed it. I also let the rice pre-soak for about 10 minutes. When it was done, I let it sit in there on warm mode for a few extra minutes. And then it came out very well, delicious.A few small things detract from this being awesome. It's good but let's not go crazy and call this cheap machine 5 stars. The cord is white instead of matching the blue design. The entire thing is on the cheap side for quality and the front design is just a sticker. The lid mechanism works but sometimes it is wonky and I have to push it a few times to get it to work right. It does not beep or notify you when the rice is done. As soon as you plug it in, it begins on warming mode and the machine is getting hot... so don't leave it plugged in when you are not ready to cook. What I do like is the size. It is really small and that is great for making one or two servings of rice. I prefer this machine over stove top cooking in a pan.As for the ceramic coating, I plan to be super careful never to scratch it.

SUCH A CUTE AND USEFUL APPLIANCE!!!
I fell in love with this rice cooker the moment I saw it on Amazon. The dark blue color with the gold trim is absolutely beautiful and makes it look so much more high-end than your typical kitchen appliance. It’s honestly one of the cutest things on my counter and doesn’t feel bulky or out of place at all. This is actually my first rice cooker, and I wanted something simple for making rice, quinoa, and similar meals more regularly with my busy schedule. This has been perfect for that. It comes with everything you need—a rice paddle, measuring cup, and instructions—and it’s very easy to use. What I really like is how simple the operation is. You just plug it in, add your rice and water, close the lid, and push the lever to start cooking. The mechanism is smart too—it won’t activate unless there’s weight inside from the rice and water, which is a nice safety feature. It runs automatically and cooks for about 30 minutes, so there’s no need to mess with timers or settings. When you first get it, it does recommend running a cycle with water to remove any manufacturing smell, which I did. That step worked perfectly and made sure my first batch didn’t taste like anything but fresh rice.Another huge plus is the size. It’s compact, lightweight, and super easy to find space for on the counter, which is great if you don’t have a lot of room.Overall, I absolutely love this rice cooker. It’s simple, reliable, aesthetically pleasing, and perfect for everyday use. Definitely worth the money and a great addition to a busy lifestyle!

THIS IS A WEAPON--NOT A RICE COOKER!!!! BUYER BEWARE!
HAZARD!!! BUYER BEWARE! I bought this, because I rescued a dog from the air force base and the vet took care of him when he was ill and picked up a problem & did not eat for almost three days and told me to make him rice with chicken, as a plain diet. This rice cooker spirted boiling liquid allover, including on my hands, clothing, counter, wall, and other appliances and flooded the counter. I only used a half of cup of rice and cup of water. Many people do not understand that a real rice cooker DOES NOT flood a counter top nor spew boiling fluid allover the place, surrounding the cooker but they think "that is the way they are"!. They are NOT! I did have an original Japanese rice cooker given to me by my Japanese friends once, a real one, and not a drop of fluid spewed anywhere at anytime. Also, I did buy another one years ago, a Tayama, which is much bigger and bulkier which works fine, almost like the original Japanese Rice Cooker. But it is large and bulky. They do not sell a 2-cup rice cooker or even a 5 cup rice cooker which would save space.Your rice cookers should NOT flood anywhere nor leak from the top, nor spew hot fluids on your person, walls, kids, pets, or anything you own in your kitchen! There is a trend of manufacturing rice cookers that are unsafe, which has become the norm though, unfortunately and people think that it is normal. It is NOT normal at all! I have read hundreds of reviews for different rice cookers, all by people who think that flooding is normal and to be expected. This rice cooker is the most dangerous rice cooker I have ever used though. Also, you cannot get liquids into your electrical socket. By a rice cooker spewing liquids at all near or on the electrical socket it would be a potential fire hazard and you can get shocked! Keep your electrical sockets dry. The cord is short and with its spewing and squiring hot liquid, it will affect the electrical socket maybe. Stay fire free! This was one scary rice cooker! Try a Tayama if you want to cook bigger portions.

Great cooker for the price
Easy to use, clean, and wash... very compact making it counter top friendly without the risk of knocking things over or getting in the way of cooking. Only complaint with this product is it not having an off switch/mode with this model meaning I have to unplug it after every use but that's my bad for not reading the description carefully. All in all great product love the design I wish they did offer a slightly larger option for feeding a family of 4 and up, but for my needs it works just fine feeding 2 to 3 people.

Stylish and useful
This little wonder is perfect for us empty nesters or a single person. It worked like a charm.and easy clean up! Even my 81 year old husband can make perfect rice and just enough no more waste not only that but it looks good on the counter so stylish and modern

Compact, efficient, quality rice cooker, easy to use and clean.
I love this little rice cooker! It makes perfect rice and quinoa! It is simple to use and easy to clean. My only “complaint” is if you plug it in it automatically turns on to “warm”, so if you’re puttering around not paying attention to making rice it sits heating up. Small flaw, but I am learning and I would recommend it to the people who want a stylish effective rice cooker for the casual rice consumption family. (I’ve been told if rice is a staple to your every day, there are other “tip of the line” cookers for “rice snobs”)This one is great!
