Let me just say, I was very impressed with the packaging. Having never bought anything like this before, I was extremely intimidated by all the pieces this product came with. The main instruction manual was pretty easy to read luckily and it made me feel a lot better as it explained each piece and its purpose. To make things even simpler as if it wasn't simple enough, it came with a "warm tips" that came separately from the manual. The warm tips sheet is basically a condensed version of the manual.I found myself mostly using the large head that's purpose is to remove black heads. For years, I've had a black head problem that seemed impossible to get rid of despite any product I've used. The main issue is that my pores wouldn't close despite washing and maintaining. Thus it would clog up fast. While following the instructions of using this 3 times a week, I can tell a difference almost immediately.After the first use, my skin adapted to the suction immediately. I noticed some red irritability on my skin due to the suction, but this was resolved after a few minutes. As the suction worked, I can tell my pores were clearing up.I've used this for a full week, and my pores are already shrinking!

I bought this blackhead remover for my use at home. I like the fact that you can use USB charging and it comes with required attachments to use the electronic blackhead remover immediately. It is uses vacuum suction and comes with instructions for first time users.

I bought this to remove blackheads. The unit is rechargeable which is nice. There are multiple attachments for different purposes. In order to use the product there needs be steam applied. I don't know if it's me but I was not able to get the blackhead to be removed. I maybe using this incorrectly. The unit acts like a suction. Will update after more uses and with different heads
