So I just received this and was setting it up and the directions are very easy to follow. I had read the other reviews and knew it was difficult to connect it to Alexa. It seemed to be easy until you have to get Alexa to find the device. I spent almost an hour playing and then called Amazon. I was wanting to return the item but they sent me to the Alexa specialists and was on the phone with them for an hour and still couldn’t get it to work. Then my wife (who is not tech savvy) says let me try this. Go figure in 2 minutes she figured it out. Basically the issue is that when scanning for new devices it fails to find anything, you have to scan for new scenes. When you do this it picks up the diffuser no problem. Instead of returning I am ordering a second one. This is a very nice machine.

Ordered this diffuser to link to Amazon Alexa, was unable to set up account with the Ultrasonic app due to the terrible instructions. Tried to seek out some help but was unable to find any. Still works, but I bought to specifically to sync to Amazon Alexa.

works excellent, i havent try yet with alexa, but so far so good.

The app is horrible and doesn’t work.

The diffuser is good quality but the instructions for it to work with Alexa are terrible. I still haven’t been able to get it to work with Alexa. Should have bought a less expensive one.

It gave me a hard time at the beginning but I found a way to connect it with Alexa and now it works perfectly now.
