Works great
Splitter works in 10/100 speed it uses 2 pair on each camera. There is a splitter at switch and at camera that allows for 2 IPs to be pulled. Will not work for access points.

Saved me a bunch of money in running an additional line
I am in the middle of attempting to add another camera and realized that I don't have the ability to run another cat6 cable from the network termination point. I did have a POE camera nearby and thought to myself that there HAS to be a way to split the cable and after some research, this happened. I'm very happy about it. I tested it out and no performance issue between the 2 cameras. the construction is kind of drab and boring, but who cares? it's going to sit in the network closet and it's not meant to be some statement piece so I can't be bothered to care about its looks. it works. That's all you need to know.

Works... for a while.
UPDATE: Reduced review to 1 star. Both splitters worked out of the box but they both stopped working and I just had to replace them. Now everything is working again. I opted for these as replacements. https://amzn.to/45m4BkQ They are a little more expensive but they are clearly made better. YMMV. Used this splitter to add two additional cameras to my Reolink POE NVR (https://amzn.to/3qKxLLC) without having to run an additional ethernet cable back to the NVR. Works like a charm, highly recommend! You can also use this to run two PC's, but they will be limited to 10/100 Mbps transfer speed.

Works well when you use both combiner and splitter
In case there are any other unaware diy'ers like me, you have to use both a "combiner" and a "splitter". Both are supplied in this bag but if you just use the splitter you will only see one camera come on. Plug the combiner into two jacks on the switch and then obviously plug in the two cameras. You would think a simple diagram on how to use them would be supplied for the lower iq amongst us.

These work for PTZ cameras and will power and alternate device
I needed to change the power situation for a Sling studio cam link and a PTZ camera. This splitter allowed me to power both. I had already purchased a cat5 to mini usb adaptor but wasn't getting the power passed through is so I bought this splitter and it worked after playing around with it. I have a poe switch and connected the one side of the splitter to it. The other side was by the camera and camlink. I had to swap the connectors for it to pass data but it worked. Now I can power the cam link and the PTZ camera over cat5 with 1 cable. I used to use a rechargeable battery to run the cam link but that is no more. This things works great Not a lot of documentation but I was able to make it work

Two POE cameras through a single cat 5 cable
I was pretty skeptical about this splitter. How can you run two POE camera signals through a single cat 5 cable? As I found out after some testing that at least for the Lorex system and cameras I have, one camera is utilizing only 4 of the 8 available wires for both Ethernet signal and POE. Specifically, orange stripe, orange, green stripe and green, or connectors 1,2,3,6, leaving the other 4 wires to be used for the second camera and POE port on your recorder. Remember if you play with this stuff that POE is up to 50v dc, plenty enough for a potentially dangerous shock! This set of splitters is a great value though if you already ran a length of cat 5 but want that second camera.

Works great Perfect fit.
This works well, I got these because the customer wanted to change and add cameras further than the cable was located. This version is all female at the camera end and does not require an additional coupler when making cables longer.

Bought it to replace my missing waterproof caps.
…..and ended up using it as it was intended! I originally just purchased this because I had cameras that were missing the waterproof pigtails. I am happy to report that they fit the cameras just fine. I ended up using the cable also to run two cameras outside on a fence and I was pleasantly surprised that it works as intended! Connectors were up to par with the same quality as my IP cameras. Color match is not perfect but that’s no fault of the maker as this is a universal product. Best part was that for the price you it can’t be beat. Camera maker wanted three times the price for one cap. I got four for a third of the cost and the cable working as it should was icing on the cake! Great value and multi purpose! Another positive note, the orientation of the cables doesn’t matter. In the photo; it shows a splitter on the router side and a joiner on the camera side. I ran this in the opposite orientation (because I wanted the caps.

Works as intended
I used this adaptor to hook up two PoE cameras using just one network cable. I have absolutely no issues with my cameras sending data back to the NVR. If I ever need to add a camera to an existing network cable, I will for sure buy this again! 100% recommend this product. The picture I attached is two cameras using this Splitter cable.

Operatividad

Garbage
Recommended this item to order one is it just piece of garbage? I didn’t work with the PEO switch and NVR so disappointed and frustrated. Had to wait for a long time. Pay for a lot of prize, but still didn’t work.10/000000
