Condition was spot on, not a blemish or scratch. Battery condition was 92%, delivery was very fast. No complaints, very good price for the spec.

Excellent but…
The laptop arrived in excellent condition, but it is not nearly brand new as many others pointed out on their reviews. It is completely free of scratches or dents, but there is an obvious surface wear close to the pad, where the previous owner use to rest their left hand. The battery arrived with more than 240 cycles (91% health). I got a brand new Apple original charger and 8 months of Apple care +. Overall quite happy with it (it is an awesome machine) but make no mistake, not all the customers received an “Apple refurbished” laptop.

Good
Item in Excellent condition as described. Needed some cleaning (special the screen, was all smudgy of not proper cleaning) but overall satisfied. Only flaw the warranty sticker right next to the apple which I been told to not remove, horrible to look at (and that s the reason of 4 stars instead of 5)

Definitely not 'EXCELLENT' Far from it
Littered with cosmetic damage on the body and screen despite paying a higher price for the 'Excellent' refurbished option. Battery is at a measly 86% when I'd expect at least 90%. I'm opening a dispute. Usually I don't write such direct and annoyed reviews but I was depending on this laptop for work/studying urgently. Really disappointed. Just buy the 'Good' or 'Fair' option and you'll get your moneys worth.

Brand new?
I ordered a refurbished M1 14" macbook pro in 'excellent' condition, what I got is a brand new M1 14" macbook pro. The battery is at 100% health and it still has that 'new smell'. If anything changes then I'll update the review, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase.

Ordered Space Grey Got Silver
Wanted grey not silver so i returned it. Laptop probably runs well but didn’t get to test. Was in good condition and only exception was the apple logo which was the only thing scratched up.

I got surprised by the product!
I wasn't sure in what condition to expect the MacBook, but I received a MacBook that looked like a brand-new laptop with a 100% battery capacity. The MacBook was packaged as if it were brand new, complete with the original box. Really satisfied with the order!

Acquistare un prodotto ricondizionato può essere sempre un po' un salto nel buio, ma la mia recente esperienza con il MacBook Pro M1 è stata eccezionalmente positiva. Non solo il prodotto è arrivato ben imballato e protetto, ma è anche giunto con 1 giorno di anticipo rispetto alla data prevista, il che è stato una piacevole sorpresa. Esteticamente, il MacBook Pro sembra completamente nuovo. Non presenta segni di usura, graffi o altri difetti estetici. Anche il display è impeccabile, con colori vivaci e nitidezza impressionante. La batteria tiene la carica come se fosse nuova nonostante arrivata con l'88%, e le prestazioni sono indistinguibili da un modello appena uscito di fabbrica. L'M1 Pro è veloce e gestisce tutte le applicazioni senza alcun ritardo, dalla navigazione web all'editing video o per usi professionali come la programmazione. L'imballaggio includeva tutti gli accessori originali, come il caricabatterie e il cavo USB-C, entrambi in ottime condizioni.

Ottimi qualità/prezzo, meno attenti su layout tastiera
Nonostante ho restituito il prodotto perché ho ricevuto il layout tastiera sbagliato (a me serviva il layout ANSI US, come mi aveva o confermato da annuncio e messaggi al venditore, ma ho ricevuto un ANSI Italian). Il prodotto era in eccellente condizioni, nonostante qualche piccolo graffietto, batteria in ottime condizioni 79cicli al 97% di salute.

Fantastic refurbished Mac
I could not believe how lucky I have been with this refurbished Mac. Mint and immaculate conditions, I failed to find anything that would lead me to think that it was not new. It arrived even before expected delivery date. I highly recommend the seller!
