I don't usually leave product reviews, but this product has made such a huge difference on my skin that I think anyone who's dealing with acne, scarring and sun damage should know about it. I have dealt with acne for the bigger part of my teen years and well into my twenties. After changing my diet and adding a retinol cream, I was finally able to get it under control. However, I was left with pretty bad acne scarring and sun discoloration (due to retinol making my skin more sensitive to sun). In addition, retinol really made my skin dry and prone to peeling.I have tried numerous products to eradicate the acne scaring and sun spots, as well as to add moisture, and while some of them worked for a little while, none of them made such a major difference as this serum. Vitamin C (which has natural bleaching properties) made my scars much less visible and I saw a noticeable difference after only a week of use! On the other hand, hyaluronic acid kept my skin super-moisturized and I stopped peeling. I love that this product solves two problems at once, and that results are quick too!Today, I am scar-free and my skin has a healthy glow - something I never thought possible. I highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with acne scarring, sun damage, or on severely drying retinol regimens; you won't regret it.

(Review from my GF - here's her review) - I am always on the hunt for a great serum; I love that they absorb fast and your skin gets hydrated. I hadn't tried one with the benefits of vitamin C for a while but I've been in the sun more than I like this season and it's supposed to help with discoloration.. and this one had been getting great reviews. So, to start it feels super light and refreshing on your skin. Zero greasy or sticky factor. I am used to some sort of scent but it's actually really nice it has no fragrance in case you're sensitive to that.I've been using it for about a month now and am already noticing my skin tone evening out; I sometimes supplement with an eye cream around the eyes but on the cheek and forehead area, the spots I was seeing a month ago have all faded out. My skin feels super soft in the mornings after I use it, very clean and refreshed, makes it easy to go for that no make up vibe with your skin feeling healthy. I highly recommend this if you want to do something restorative for your skin.. it feels great and you can see the difference if you use it consistently after a couple of weeks or so.

Edit:After my original review, the Heladerm customer service contacted me directly offering to send a new bottle for free. They were super quick and diligent. I’ll have the new product in a few days.It’s a great serum that helps my skin stay looking firm and fine line free :)Package has now arrived, not only did they include the vitamin c serum, they sent a cleansing balm and a stretchy headband as well. I can’t even believe how great this customer service is.Original:This is my second purchase for this product. This is a great product. That being said I opened my package which had several other items in it and the bottle and package was totally destroyed. Everything else in said package was totally fine and packaged appropriately. I don’t think it was a delivery issue because the product had not leaked out on anything. It’s almost like the people putting the package together put a broken bottle in there. I’m going to contact customer service and I’m sure I’ll get a new one. Anyway the product itself is great.

Great for my combination skin too pricey

The bottle was only half full and the stopper does not work, however it does make my skin feel great. I putit on the morning under my moisturizer and it tightens my skin.

I noticed a smoother and clearer complexion the first time I used this on my face, but after that initial application there didn’t seem to be any further improvement. I’ll keep using until it’s gone but not so convinced that it’s doing anything.

I purchased my first bottle of the Vitamin C Serum a few months ago. It is very lightweight and is adsorbed into my skin leaving it feeling very soft and supple. I've also noticed that those pesky fine lines on my face are not as noticeable as they were prior to using this product. Since I am in the last age box that is checked off, I appreciate any help I get to try to maintain my skin, The price point of the serum is very affordable, I've also received comments such as " what have you been doing...you look great!" Looking for even better results as I continue to use this product.

I bought the product in July but didn't check it out until today to find out that the bottle is almost empty!!!
