I have had torn cartilage in my knee since 2020 recently had it operated on, I tried every single pain killer, gell, and spray available over the counter, non of them worked! It would wake me up every night aching, therefore when someone recommended these to me I didn't hold out much hope. I have to say they are by far the best thing for my knee pain I have ever used, put one on at bet time sleep although the night with not even a niggle, also lasts most of the day! CAN'T RECOMMENDED THESE ENOUGH if I could rate them 10 stars I would. Just a warning they have a very strong herbal smell which in my opinion is a small price to pay

I must admit I was a bit sceptical about these patches, but thought I would give them a try. I have two arthritic knees and am in constant pain, these patches have reduced my pain to a more manageable level. Only criticism is the strong herbal smell, however, a small price to pay for the amount of pain relief I am getting. Would definitely recommend🙂

They do the job well. Be warned they do smell very medical and they do pull all hair off your knee but they do relieve pain.

Although they stick on easily, the smell is far too overpowering. Perhaps I just got a strong batch. I can't wear these because people keep asking me what the smell is. My husband says "are you wearing curry again today?" So I consider these a waste of money, unfortunately. They did seem to ease the pain although my skin under the patch was very hot and painful for the first half-hour, and I've only used one. Gone back to the knee support for now. Just can't bear the smell. Everything else about them was fine.

I suffer from fibromyalgia, ME and arthritis. I bought with high expectations after reading reviews. On opening the package the smell was overwhelming. The ingredients a blend of oils rarther than pharmaceutical grade. After less than an hour why skin began get get painful like a reaction to the ingredients, the heat was like a stinging or burn not a warm heat patch. When I did try to remove the patch it nearly ripped my skin off. Totally waste of money and now left with worse pain and knees than before using.
