Overall extremely pleased even though this was a hassle order, but not the fault of the seller. I ordered a set and the next morning was promted to finish my order, which resulted in two sets being ordered. Immediately contacted the seller to cancel one set, but they replied the chairs had already shipped and I’d have to refuse order or return. The chairs arrived a week before scheduled arrival and the delivery guy chose to leave them in the lobby, I happened to walk by and see my packages. The boxes were huge and extremely heavy so dragging them up three flights wasn’t fun. But all was forgotten once the chairs were assembled. They have the ability to be two different heights and neither are perfect for my bar, so I’m planning to cut the tubes adding two inches soon which should make them everything I wanted. The chairs are extremely well made and sturdy. Love the color of the seat covers, I just couldn’t be happier with this purchase...hassle and all.If I knew anyone who was in need of chairs, I wouldn’t even return the unwanted extra set.

My wife was looking forever and for the price wanted to make sure it was exactly what she wanted. So I decided that these were affordable and if she didn't like them then I'm not out a small fortune. It came yesterday, assembly was fairly easy and my wife is happy with them. They don't look cheap but you can tell they're not 'high dollar' but that's ok. Looks good and we are using them.

When we ordered these we thought we were going to be able to adjust the height according to how big the person sitting there is legs were but there are only two different adjustments available. You can either take off the bottom section of the legs which makes the stool about 5 in shorter or you can keep it on and have it come right up to the bar. These are also much more of a beige or a light brown then a gray

Likes: solid build, great price, simple assemblyDislikes: 1 of the 12 chairs I ordered had slightly misaligned holes, just enough to make assembly painful (but still possible). Also, the seat cushions are a little small for folk with larger posteriors.

These looks great! Very comfy to sit on and actually use the back support without the bars digging into your back! My boyfriend helped me put them together and didn’t follow the instructions, and they wobbled, I followed them as they are perfectly level and sturdy- so make sure to follow the instructions, (not sure what you wouldn’t!), it was pretty quick to assemble them I thought. The customer service was wonderful as well!

I’m very impressed! The gray and black look really nice with my white cabinets and counters. They were a bit tedious to put together but not difficult. It took me about 2 hours to do all 3. Most of all, I’m impressed with how quickly I got them! Although these weren’t listed as Prime, I got them with the rest of my order that was Prime.

I love that this came with 3 chairs. Minus one star because they’re not too sturdy.

I ordered these for the old breakfast bar and when I got around to assembling them I found the holes didn't match up. Aside from drilling new holes there was no way of assembling it. I sent it back in April, it is now September and you would think they were on the Western Front because they have been all quiet. No refund, no explanation as to the delay, just "thanks for the money, sucker!" or so it feels. Now I will say, of what I was able to assemble, the assembly was easy. However, when you can't fully assemble them it kinda drops everything down to a 1 star. And giving them 1 star is being generous
