An inexpensive alternative to professional repair
I received my replacement screen and kit very quickly. It comes with all of the screwdrivers you need, although I happened to have a small Phillips head that I purchased for a prior project that worked a little better. The screen is of good quality and the repair isn't too difficult, but it may be daunting if you've not done electronics repair or customization before. Last note, make sure not to apply too much pressure to the back of the screen module in any given spot. I think I did at one point and it's left me with a yellow spot on the display. Despite this, it is functionally perfect. I'm very grateful to be able to squeeze another year of more out of my phone.

Good enough, and cheap, so 5 stars
Works as expected. Colors seem a bit off, I think I may have installed the light sensor offset a bit, though, which could probably cause that. The guy who says their aren't enough ribbons is wrong. The third ribbon is the camera which you take off the old screen and put on the new one, they just didn't read the instructions apparently. Instruction photos were a bit too small but they were easy enough to look up online where I was squinting too hard. Took me about 2 hours but I was drinking a decent amount of bourbon before and during.

Great Screen!
I purchased this screen to replaced a cracked iphone SE screen. This was my first time replacing a screen and it took about 1.5 hrs, but well worth it for only $25. The suction cup that cones with the kit is garbage, but i used a larger one from another application (2.5” cup) and it worked so much better (while getting the screen removed). The instructions are easy enough to follow if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. If not, find someone that is or you will just get frustrated.Overall, the screen works very well but is noticably darked then the original screen. Not a big deal for me as I only use the phone to make phone calls....I know, how 1990’s.... i don’t think you really get to complain about that for $25 (vs the $100+ for an apple oem screen).

I did it!
I did it! I like to fix things but have always had bad luck trying to fix computers and phones. My phone was two years old, so worst case I would just throw it away if I messed something up. I follow the YouTube video and replay each step a few times. I had trouble with the home screen not working at first. I took it apart a few times to check the screws and verify everything was in place. Finally it all works correctly! Take your time and be gentle.

Poor Quality Screen, it has a dark spot on it when illuminated
The screen was rather difficult to install as the screws that have to be removed are microscopic. this is not the fault of the screen, but due to the difficulty to replace it, I am not gong to take it back and send the screen back, but the screen is defective. It has a dark spot on it when it is illuminated. It looks to be some kind of defect. Other than that it works ok

Close, but still NOT quite OEM.
This is my 2nd aftermarket replacement screen for my iPhone SE. The screen works just like the OEM one. The fitting is very good. Touch sensitivity, color and resolution is just as good as the OEM.Now the only thing I didn't quite like about this aftermarket replacement is the home button hole. I believe it's slightly bigger than the OEM which resulted the slightly protruding home button. I replaced the home button rubber gasket when I replaced the screen. The beveled home button edge now rises above the screen surface because the button hole is slightly bigger. On the OEM screen, the home button surface is slightly below the screen surface. The button bevel sits perfectly between the screen surface and button surface. The other issue is that the home button now rocks from edge to edge if you move your thumb over the button a bit. On the OEM screen, the home button feels solid, no play.I asked about the home button hole before the purchase, but the answer I got varied. My first SE replacement screen was the same. I came to a conclusion that this is how aftermarket replacement screen is. They're not quite OEM.

Excellent product easy to use
Product was perfect. Instructions were a bit too small and pictures were hard to see. The instructions recommended looking up YouTube videos which I did, and was ableTo use both to help fix my phone. Good as new and I love that it came with a screen protector as well. Very happy! Thank you!

Easy to Save Money
I had quotes from different vendors wanting to charge $150 to replace the screen. This kit was easy to use. The only problem I had was the suction cup to lift the screen doesn't seal well, especially with the cracked screen. But between the instruction book and the DIY videos on youtube it was simple.
