This is a well made bag: sturdy material, not padded but will stand on its own, all seams are reinforced. Zipper pockets to get to your wallet, glasses, cell phone, passport. Main section large enough to carry a fairly bulky sweater, very large lunch, or purchases. Back pocket that runs the length and width of the bag is long and wide enough for 8.5" documents but zipper is only 7" wide. You might fit a medium size tablet in there. Like this bag so much am thinking of buying a second before they disappear.Update: My boss liked my bag so much I bought one for him. He told me his wife confiscated it for herself. I've been use this bag daily for 5 months. I use it to carry as much as 5 lbs. of purchases (including 2 liter bottles of soda) and it has held up beautifully. I'm back to buy my second before they disappear.

Good quality, spacious, overall well made. The material is a bit soft for my liking, so electronics put in the rear large compartment (like a tablet) may not get the best of protection.

I bought this to be my work bag and I absolutely love it! I really can't say enough good things about it. It's perfect for what I needed. I intend to buy another sometime soon to eventually replace the first one when it wears out. I highly, highly recommend it!
