DremelSD60-PGK EZ Lock Pet Nail Grooming Sanding Discs

For a while we trimmed our dog’s nails with a clipper intended for the job. One dog was very opposed to that. I then saw a cordless Dremel tool with dog nail attachments. We have been using it for years and the only parts that have needed a change are the grinding disks. Great product for the task.

My pugs have always been fearful of nail cutters/trimmers . So got the pet drimmel ans these pads work amazingly well

50# pittie, 3 months no long walks, 4 paws, 20 min....3 pads. Clog easily when using dremel nail guard and hit guard on shortest setting. Don't heat up nails excessively. Overall happy and if you are a "pro" at this and don't need the guard, clogging better. Highly suggest at least the collar to keep the edge protected.

I use on my two dogs they do not mind a bit. not working great stop twist and away you go

Use these for my labs nails. They last and fit perfectly with my Dremel.

The discs that came with the kit were great! They lasted a long time and were high quality. These discs are not of the same quality, nor do they seem to grind as well as the old ones. Not sure if this is actually 60 grit. They also sometimes pop off of the dremel which I never had an issue with before.

Instructions are super important, if you don't want to read them don't buy this trimming tool. You will hurt your pet or you will wreck your Dremel.I actually use it without the guard. I found trying to manage my dog's paw, then line up guard and guide her nail is too challenging. I wouldn't hold it for three seconds at a time. Just quick buff on and off, changing nails worked great. She had.her quick cut on 4 nails last time at the groomer!!! Never clipping again. I introduced her to it without actually trimming. Just held her paws and the Dremel, and then put it on her body. I'm doing short sessions and she's getting so comfortable! Use lots of TINY treats.... Because lots of treats help to teach them it's a good thing!
