Cincher Womens Posture Back Brace Support Belt - Tan - Medium

I have serious spinal problems complicated by arthritis and I am NOT a cooperative "disabled" person, so I have to find ways to lessen my pain so I can do the things I love. I have had MANY different braces over the past 10 years, some better than others, and most ride up and get all screwy with my clothes after an hour! The cincher fits my body perfectly and provides an amazing amount of support for my lumbar spine/lower back. I would change only one thing about it; I would add thoracic support in the netting area and have the straps pull shoulderss back to improve posture. All in all it provides a great deal of support and pain relief for me.

I have been suffering from back ache for more than a month. I ordered this support belt after reading reviews and I have to say that the product quality is good, provides good support to lumbar and upper back like a jacket. Once I wear it I feel more mobility, that from a cushioned support even if I have to sit on a chair without a back. The belt stays in place even after long hours, size recommendation was good. I had ordered a size medium for 31/32 inches waist size. Product arrived quickly after I had ordered. I will highly recommend this product.

The straps across the front are uncomfortable and the belt rode up. I wanted this to work. Most back braces ride up or down depending on how one bends so I thought the shoulder straps would help keep it in place but the front straps rubbed near my arm pit, just on the outside of my bra straps and left red marks and the whole thing rode up anyway. When I loosened the straps enough so that the chaffing stopped they were so loose they served no purpose, just bunched and buckled.I think this would work better for someone with a smaller bust.I cut the straps off and the racer back, leaving just the belt and it's a nice quality belt. I like the height of the belt it offers good support without being too thick to wear under clothing.

I'd ordered this brace with much trepidation, as I've tried many other braces and nothing worked to at least take the edge off the constant back/torso pain. I have severe osteoporosis due to use of steroids (several heart attacks followed by cardiac dye studies; took steroids because I'm allergic to the dye) with resultant fractures of my thoracic spine. Though the fractures have healed, I have not been able to exercise and the muscles are weak and do not support me. Many other braces were tried but none before this brace has helped to relieve the pain and permit me to stand as upright as possible. This brace is the best I have used, and I plan to order another as soon as I'm financially able. And thank you for the speedy delivery! Another thing, the sizing is just as described; I wear size 10 (sometimes 12 in cheaper clothes) which is Medium in brace size, and it fits perfectly.

Do not expect this product to work a miracle. You will have some pain if you still have the same lifestyle. You may do some physical therapy to relief the pain and strengthen your back muscle along with using this product.This product will help support your lower back and also help improve your posture a little bit. I wear it at home on my cloth and I feel fine. No wire or hard part seem to bother me. I carry my 20 pounds baby a lot and I feel good and supported while I wear this on. I even wear this to grocery store.This is my first back support so I couldn't compare with others but it did the job. It has 2 support bands. The first one will secure the band with your back and the second one will tighten your back to make it more fit and firm.I gave it 4 stars due to its non-refundable yet it has so little information on its size and how it will fit. I feel like gambling upon ordered size medium. I am glad it fit me well. I am 5'6'' tall and weight 120lb. My waist 29' and upper hip 36'.I also uploaded their size chart which was printed on the back of product.Hope this help.

While turning over a mattress, I injured my back. The next morning, my back was in severe pain. My at home treatment was: Ice packs placed on my back for swelling; Penetrex ointment for back inflammation; The Cincher Posture Back Brace, for support, and generic Tylenol Extra Strength, for pain. I did not want the brace to make me look "bulky." Quickly, I wanted to recover. Thus, I reduced my outdoor activities and I wore the brace only in my home and while I slept. In the mornings, I would awake feeling much better. Only significant physical exertion made me feel worse. The Cincher has adjustable side panels and 2 straps. This makes the product excellent for individual fitting. The brace does a great job in aligning and supporting the back. Highly recommended.

The concept is wonderful especially for someone who has had two back surgeries. I wear a Velcro back support when I hike or attend long stand up affairs. I was really looking forward to this product to help with my posture and support but it is really undersized. I tried it on a small medium person and it didn't fit her either. Only my 13 yr old slim niece was able to put it on comfortably. For the $, make sure you are receiving the correct size and order at least one or perhaps two sizes larger. I won't know what works since they wouldn't allow me to return it.

i received the product but it is way too tight. I measured according to the directions before I bought it, and ordered a medium. When it arrived, I put it on, according to the directions, and wore it for 30 minutes. During that time, I could hardly breath and I got a sore above my left hipbone which later developed into a bruise about 3" across with a partial scab.I'm afraid I have to send it back to possibly get a larger size, or get my money back. This one was just too tight and uncomfortable. Do I send it back to Amazon or the manufacturer? What if the next one doesn't work, will I get my money back?I'm sorry, but I had great expectations, but the product made me feel as if I would have a heart attack and I had to take it off right away. I just couldn't breath.
