I have been using this lip balm for a while now and it is one of my favorites. Burt Bees is a great brand with quality products. Good value and affordable. It keeps my lips moisturized for a long time without feeling heavy or greasy. I really like the natural ingredients and the light, refreshing scent. I discovered Burt’s Bee balm about 20 yrs ago. We were on our first deer hunting trip in ages. The pomegranate is their best product for harsh weather and chapped lips. Even my dog is all over me when she smells the bees wax! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this product. Their other ‘flavors’ smell amazing and I’ve used their tinted ones in place of lip gloss for a long time. What a fantastic product!

Look. It's honestly a fabulous product, but I'm so frustrated that nowhere on the package does it say that it contains gluten. I bought this for my partner who has a wheat allergy, and they started wheezing after a few days of using this chapstick, they started experiencing swelling around the throat, bloating, diarrhoea etc. I wish there was an allergen warning on the packaging, because it took us a while to find the source of the allergy. You really don't expect it from a trusted brand like Burts Bees Only if you look on Burts Bees website does it say: "We cannot provide a list of Burt's Bees products that are safe for use with your allergy because our products may have been manufactured on a shared line with products containing gluten, or raw materials used in our products may have been processed in a facility that also processes products containing gluten. Therefore, we are unable to state that any Burt's Bees products are "gluten-free."
